A bit of a delay on my appliances but reasonable considering the ongoing problems nationwide with some items

Customer service before purchase (Melania) was excellent. Unfortunately, customer service after purchase is simply poor/non-existent!! We ordered 3 large appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer), two of the 3 arrived with a defect, not a big one but not supposed to be in a new product. The refrigerator has a knock on the side (which unfortunately is the side exposed to the dining area) and for that I was offered compensation of €25 which I did not receive either. The dryer does not dry properly because the rubber on the door is damaged so it doesn't seal properly. They simply referred me to Bosch customer service. My inquiries on WhatsApp to the company's customer service were answered after many requests and time, and if at all! to my request for a return sent by email (since i got no reply on WhatsApp) they simply did not respond at all. Very easy and very inappropriate. What is certain is, that we didn't buy the rest of the house appliance from them despite the tempting price!!

Electro Village- Absolutely the best source out there to purchase items. We ordered a big Bosch refrigerator from them and was a bit skeptical at first to make such a big order, but they proved me wrong (thankfully 😀). It was the best decision and will purchase again from them.
They followed up with phone calls and messages to make sure and inform us about the shipment from the moment we made the order until we received it, absolutely on time, if not earlier, and they deserve the full 5 stars!

My experience is very good

Mi hanno aggiornati per la consegna della lavatrice, sia qualche giorno che 3 ore ed anche 5 min prima! Era confezionato sopra una pedano a misura ed imballato completamente con plastica spessa. Il fattorino era professionale e l'ha consegnata entro 3 minuti. Ero molto soddisfatto col servizio! Ottimi servizio!

They updated me for the delivery of the washing machine, a few days, 3 hours and even 5 minutes before! It was packaged on a custom-sized pallet and completely packed/wrapped with thick plastic. The delivery guy was professional and it only 3 minutes from the truck to the house. I was very satisfied with the service! Great service!

We purchased an Indesit oven through Amazon sold by Electrovillage who were amazingly helpful in both the sale and the organisation of the delivery. The oven was delivered approximately 3 days from purchase. Electrovillage were very efficient and professional. Their Customer Care team is to be congratulated. We were very impressed with the delivery given that we live in a fairly remote property in North West Tuscany. The oven itself is exactly what we ordered and we are very pleased with it after over 12 months being without one. Thank you so much!!

the fridge arrived with a scratch in the side. i spoke with Martina on whatsapp, she was very nice and said she would see what she could do. it is just a scratch in the paint and does not affect its operation, just looks bad. otherwise i like the fridge very much. the shipping company sent only the driver so i had to help remove it from the truck which was very hard as i am 72 years old so i cant rate the experience as excellent
