Product great, this was a repeat purchase

I'm marking it 5 as my vet gave me the name of the product. Jasper has only been taking it for a few days but I'll contact again after his next blood test to see if any improvement.

The green relief tablets was recommended by my vet. As my Husky suffers with dry skin. But since putting him on green relief. His coat and skin look Amazing. The dry patches have Gone. And iv recommended Dorwest Herbs. To so many dog owners.

Product: Roast dinner toothpaste works for my dog's teeth and our vet could see it was working.

Ordering was easy, good products and delivery is normally good. But on this occasion it was not so good, although that was down to Royal Mail/parcel force. Not the companies fault.

Customer care team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst not every product works for my dogs (one has many allergies) I would definitely recommend this Company for those who appreciate herbal remedies.

Fantastic product and good price

TOXIC SUPPLEMENTS!

This is a review for Dorwest Braincopa supplements which I believe to be toxic. On 8th June I started giving my 12 year old Shih Tzu these pills. By 12th June he started vomiting his food up and didn’t stop being sick for over 4 weeks. He couldn’t eat food for over 7 days, it got so bad I had to syringe feed him baby food. He went from 9.8kg to 8.2kg. He was sick so much from this, that on 12th July, he inhaled some vomit and had to be rushed into the Vets at 4am with Pneumonia. Thankfully, the pneumonia has cleared up but he now has an upper respiratory infection! All this from Dorwest Braincopa supplements, which I foolishly brought to help him as he got older! Over £1,000 of vets bills and Dorwest are not interested, even though the vet has confirmed it is one of the ingredients which caused this. Becky, in CS seemed helpful to start but the last email I got from them was from a rude lady who was very uninterested - I will be posting this wherever I can I warn people of this product! My boy still isn’t well due to this product but the severe gastritis it initially caused him seems to have finally improved.

*** I was speaking to Customer Service and this was not “dealt with” as the reply seems to think! Far from it!
