Overpriced utility cost, staff is threatening
There is no window in the kitchen, and ventilation is inadequate. Only one of the two stoves works, and only one of the two sinks has been functional for months. There was no heating in the common areas during the winter. The router often fails, leaving us without internet for days. The company gives evasive answers whenever we report a problem or a fault. There is only one men's and one women's toilet for 11 rooms. There is no dining area, nor is there a living room with a TV, etc. For weeks, the door closer arm was broken, so the entrance door did not close properly. Flammable materials were stored in the hallway for weeks; they were only removed following a fire safety inspection. They issue fake, overpriced utility bills and unlawfully charge VAT, which is illegal! They verbally threaten to break down my door if I do not pay the unjustified utility bill. Criminal proceedings for fraud and document forgery are currently underway against the company with the police and the tax authority. Additionally, the building inspectorate is conducting an investigation. The company is also facing proceedings for harassment, trespassing, and making threats. Do not go there!! They are cheaters!
