We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen from DIY Kitchens. The quality of the units, quartz worktops, fittings and appliances is genuinely excellent. Everything feels solid, sturdy and well made, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

We originally got quotes from both Wren and B&Q, but the equivalent kitchens were coming in at roughly twice the price. DIY Kitchens offered us a much better quality-to-price ratio and saved us a substantial amount of money.

We were introduced to DIY Kitchens through our builder while having our extension done, and we’re so glad we went with them. The range of units allowed us to make really good use of the space, including the tall larder units and pull-out bin.

The finished kitchen looks beautiful, feels extremely high quality and works really well for our family. The Cobham Blue doors with Carrera Gold quartz worktops look particularly great together.

Overall, excellent quality, excellent choice and exceptional value for money. We would happily recommend DIY Kitchens.

Cabinetry is generally of good quality for the money. Problem occurred when I chose a bespoke paint colour. Coverage of the paint was poor with obvious parts missed and significant grey marks showing through. DIY agreed to replace all cupboard doors but made the process very difficult and time consuming. Started my kitchen in February and it wasnt completed until June! A signicfiant quantity of doors arrived damaged as packaging is not sufficient and lorries are packed haphazardly. DIY still had to send a paint specialist to correct defects after the second batch of cupboard fronts were delivered.

Customer Service for this company is slow and obstuctive. I think replies are AI generated and you can end up going round in circles. Beware you cant speak to anyone on the phone! At no time did I receive an apology.

Would I recommend - NO

Update:
I would rather not have any more contact with DIY kitchens. Its taken up much to much of time during the first part of the year.

Lets start with the positives;
The kitchen quality is good, comes fully assembled. In general with regards to ordering & planning i would say it is OK value for money.

Delivery - not everything was available upon delivery but it was mostly advised ahead of time. Then they followed up with the missing parts. This isn't ideal when your trying to have trade people work to a timeline.

Missing items - Upon install beginning some major items were found missing from the delivery that was not mentioned! This took weeks to build & replace. Major issue when trying to install a new kitchen.

Wrong items - took 3 attempts to provide the correct 300mm curved unit (1st attempt it was fitted with floor mount feet for wall mount, 2nd attempt was provided for non in-frame design, 3rd attempt is correct). this took >2months to rectify. again couldn't have trade people finish the job

colour matching wasn't ideal on shaped cornice but not a big deal.

overall its a 2 star rating & that is only because the quality of the units are good. customer services was responsive, but as things are built to order in a factory setting be prepared to wait a long time as they DO NOT keep stock.

Excellent Quality - legs, backs and worktop as well as cabinets and end panels. Would recommend!

From my visit to the showroom through to planning and ordering my kitchen DIY Kitchens staff have been helpful. They all have a very good understanding of their products and how to support customers. We could not be happier with our new kitchen from DIY Kitchens.

Originally, we had our hearts set on a German-manufactured kitchen, particularly the Nolte range. However, with quotations approaching £50,000, it remained more of a dream than a realistic option. That all changed when we discovered DIY Kitchens.
From the moment we saw the Luca Carbon range, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The design is sleek, contemporary and incredibly stylish, offering the same premium look and feel that initially attracted us to German kitchens, but at a fraction of the cost.

The quality has genuinely exceeded our expectations. The kitchen features 22mm doors, soft-close mechanisms, Blum pull-out baskets, and high-quality hinge systems, giving it a truly premium feel. In our opinion, we have achieved the same high specification, functionality and aesthetic as a much more expensive German-made kitchen, without the eye-watering price tag.

What impressed us just as much as the product itself was the exceptional service we received throughout the process. A huge thank you to everyone at DIY Kitchens, from the planning and design team, to sales and customer services, who were always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Special recognition must also go to the delivery team, who handled the kitchen with outstanding care and attention, treating every item as if it were their own.

Overall, we feel we have received a top-quality kitchen that has exceeded our expectations in every way, both in terms of design and value for money. DIY Kitchens has helped turn our dream kitchen into a reality, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end kitchen without the premium price tag.

Excellent Customer Services, Both Shanun and Kyle helped beyond my expectations. Not received my kitchen as yet but so far I am very impressed with their customer services.

What a great company. We had seen DIY kitchens through social media posts. I love the traditional look so talked my husband into a road trip to Oxford to see the show room. There was so much to see , from cabinets, worktops, sinks and taps, to all the different options and extras. It was brilliant to visualise what you wanted to design for your own home. We ordered the Utlity room and then a year later ordered the kitchen. The DIY plan was easy to use and the customer service was really helpful with anything I needed extra help with. We even decided to go with your worktops as nothing else I looked at could compare. We saved about £7K! compared to another quote we had.

New kitchen is great , the process was easy & Beth was great as I ordered the wrong type of draw & she sorted it quickly & professionally

Very pleased with the quality of the kitchen we received from DIY kitchens.
Their showroom was of great help in choosing what type of kitchen we would go for, and their design tool was brilliant in helping us form the layout of the kitchen.
Their delivery could possibly have been improved with various issues.
