The villa is exceptionally clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the outdoors area the most and the pool was very clean and warm. Perfect location and the check in and out was very efficient and easy. It was a much needed getaway from the city and work. The area is calm and quiet which made it a perfect holiday for us.

We’ve stayed with Deluxe Holiday Homes for almost one and a half years.
All on all it was a very pleasant experience.
The only thing is we had to move from one location to another as I was told they have another booking causing us problems though we would have preferred continuing.
But we were happy dealing with Mr. Chris the reservation manager who was very helpful whenever these issues came up.
Overall the stay at each of the locations was great, the rooms were well kept and if there were any issues it was immediately sorted.
Should you consider staying at any of their rooms I would say yes and definitely recommend them.

Deluxe Holiday Homes provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Their team was extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the stay even better.🩵🩵
I also want to especially mention the security and management team at DAMAC Maison Mall Street. They were amazing, hardworking, respectful, professional, and always treated us very well. The valet service was honestly incredible — very fast, convenient, and the staff were always polite and welcoming.🩵🩵
Another thing I really appreciated was the guest policy. The guest allowance was very convenient and well managed, and the staff respected our privacy without unnecessarily disturbing us. It made the place feel comfortable and welcoming while still being secure and professionally managed.

I am a property owner in Dubai in…
I am a property owner in Dubai in downtown and my experience was very bad. Company leaves the apartment empty for months and only reply to owners with pre-written auto replies that doesn’t provide any answers. After termination they still didn’t pay my r maiming money despite the multiple follow ups and stoped responding to my emails.
They promise big and deliver nothing and they have no problem leaving apartment empty as they work in bulks and won’t give attention to each unit.
Switched to a new company and the next day they secured their bookings to my apartment although the company is smaller than delux.
Very bad experience and don't recommend any one to deal with them and almost a month now and still didn’t get my money paid yet !

The villa was not clean at all when we…
The villa was not clean at all when we arrived. As soon as we entered, there was a very bad smell throughout the place, as if it had not been properly cleaned or had been cleaned with something that was not clean.
There was dust everywhere, including on all the floors. The housemaid had to clean the floors themselves as soon as we arrived because they were extremely dusty and dirty.
There were also insects/wood ants (termites) in many areas of the villa.
We also requested someone to come and fix the swimming pool door, but no one came to check or fix it.
Honestly, the place was extremely dirty and dusty when we arrived, and this is not acceptable at all. We expected the villa to be properly cleaned and ready before our arrival.

A Lovely Family Stay with Some Areas for Improvement
We had a lovely family staycation and overall enjoyed our experience with the holiday home. The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, and the pool was definitely the highlight for our kids.
There are a few areas that need more attention, particularly cleanliness, furniture upkeep, and some loose pool tiles that may need maintenance for safety.
One serious safety concern we noticed upon arrival was that the gas range had been left switched on. The kitchen was extremely hot, and we only noticed that one of the burners was glowing red. This could have resulted in a serious accident, especially with our family and children. We strongly recommend ensuring all gas appliances are completely switched off and checked before guests arrive.
Despite these concerns, we still enjoyed our family time and appreciated the space. With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks before check-in, the overall experience could be much better.

We had an excellent stay with Deluxe Holiday Homes from start to finish.
Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, but Cannan still waited for us until the middle of the night and welcomed us with a smile. After a long and exhausting journey, that warm reception made such a difference. Walking into a perfectly clean, cool apartment where we could immediately shower and get the children to bed felt like coming home.
Unlike some other Airbnb experiences we’ve had, everything was arranged in advance. We didn’t have to figure anything out ourselves in the middle of the night while traveling with children, which we really appreciated.
During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the facilities, and all the amenities. In fact, we wanted to extend our stay by another five nights, but unfortunately there was no availability left.
Checking out was just as smooth as checking in. Kamil assisted us, and the entire process took only a few minutes. No unnecessary photos of key cards, no lengthy inspections, and no hassle just a professional, efficient, and friendly service.
A big thank you to both Cannan and Kamil for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. We would happily stay with Deluxe Holiday Homes again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Dubai.
