So hard to get the site open and as for them getting back to rectify the problem with the bench seating, I didn't even get a diagram on how to open it, I phoned sales and was told by the person that unless he was able to teleport he wasn't able to tell me how to get it open, And told me to e-mail complaints and i did but no reply from them, I am sorry i purchased this from them.

Disappointed
I bought a Dancover Wood Shet Bertilo Alster. In the photo, it looks incredibly sturdy, but in reality, it is a flimsy thing. I’ve had to reinforce it all over. The front (by the doors), for instance, sags because there is no beam running from the far left to the far right.

Nightmare to put together-not worth the money
Would have returned the shed but my son in law had put about 100 screws in & it had take virtually a full day to put it together.
Just wanted people to know that the quality is bad plus it was scratched.
Also the door strengtheners were a different make & didn’t have screw holes in the door.
Definitely would not recommend.

No communication from the company ,large part of the order missing
Tracking number didn't work. Iv not had the main part of my order
Got part of the order didn't get notified it was coming was told we would be notified before delivery.
Sent an email 5 day's ago got nothing back
They were quick to respond when I was making the purchase
i have no update from the company since I paid them.

Didn’t turn up when scheduled so had to cancel workman at cost. Then no further contact even though I phoned and emailed. Then it just randomly turned up with no warning.

Delivery in delay
I ordered a timber shed the 23 of june. The shed was transported by Leman to their terminal at Årsta, Stockholm where it arrived june 30. I could easily follow the transport through their app.
Since then nothing has happend. It is nowere near its final destination in Gävle!
I've tried to contact Dancover but to no avail. They have'nt answered my mail and when I tried to use the chat they just closed it.
I have also tried to contact Leman with similar success!
My summerholiday is nearing it's end and I most likely is not going to build a shed this summer!
