Creation Watches followed-up promptly…
Creation Watches followed-up promptly to improve a typo I made regarding North/Republic of Ireland and this was readily resolved. The watch was excellent and as described, and the price was lower than I found elsewhere. The watch date and time were set correctly albeit at Singapore time. Packaging was neat, protective (but as watch was a G shock I was so confident in it’s top condition) and secure without excess boxing. I really enjoy this watch and recommend Creation Watches.

Allow me to buy AND pay for fast courier shipping for a very important occasion.
Days after the shipping deadline when I query the no delivery, they tell me there was a problem at their end and they'll get the order processed asap, meaning they haven't done anything. I immediately respond with a cancel order notice as they had not shipped. After some delay they tell me by email the order has now just been shipped. I reply that I had cancelled because they did not fulfil. Then they tell me when the watch comes if I don't want it don't take receipt of it. What the heck? I reply that before they processed and shipped my order they were already past shipping outside limit of delivery so I cancelled. They said I can't get my money back until they get their watch back, the watch I have never seen. I'm now anticipating that they will attempt to not pay me my courier fees which they failed to ship even after their 4-6 delivery was well gone in the past.
I feel absolutely scammed here. My only saving grace is I used PayPal so have a good chance of getting a full refund.
I will never use these incompetent imbeciles again and contrary to my normal placid and forgiving nature, I will leave this feedback far and wide. If you want low prices and a headache go ahead. For me, it's not worth it.

BEWARE IMPORT DUTIES
I've bought a couple of watches from you now and service etc. has been great. But I have wondered why delivery takes 7 days or more when you are less than 2hrs by car away.. The reason,you are bring the watches in from Singapore, Okay I accept the wait but the biggest problem is now IMPORT DUTY. which adds another chuck to the price..
I feel you should make customers fully aware that there will be DUTIES to pay..
I was under the misapprehension that as you and I were both in Spain there would no import charges.... I will be more careful next time

Excellent all round
I'm very happy.
Firstly, great price.
Secondly, genuine watch and new condition with box and papers etc.
Thirdly, fast delivery. Ordered on Monday night. Shipped (from Singapore) on Tuesday. Delivered to my address here in the UK on Friday.
My advice to UK buyers: choose the free DHL Express delivery. You pay the VAT at checkout, which means no delay at customs or having to pay a Handling Charge when it lands in the UK. DHL keeps you updated at every stage. All round excellent service.

Great shop
I'm in the UK and have placed three orders, for a total of five Casio watches that I could not find over here. The price was unbeatable and the whole shopping experience was great. Delivery was super quick, all arriving in around 7 to 9 days. I will definitely be ordering more and would recommend them.
