Gloss wall tiles seemed high quality but were scratched easily from grouting. When trying to contact about this issue I was met with no consideration for the issue, because we had used a grout purchased elsewhere despite being a suitable product with a professional installation. Warning that they will not accept any liability for faulty products the moment they are sold which is apparently hidden in terms and conditions. Very disappointing service for tiles that were so expensive as well. 2 stars as customer service did seem like they wanted to help but were constrained by the company policies.

Great service. Had a human follow-up email after ordering some samples. Ordered the Maine Tiffany for our new shower, they look lovely. Nice deep texture and premium finish.

Was able to select a particular delivery time and date.
Tiles are great quality and very reasonably priced compared to other high-ish end tiles.

Great service , great value

Tile sample arrived fairly quickly and was well packed with no damage.
But, I ordered a blue sample and although the paperwork said blue, the sample was green.

I ordered some samples from Craven Dunnill Tiles. They arrived beautifully packaged.

Ordered sample tiles and they were delivered very quickly, After several samples later , I was able to decide exactly which tiles I liked and have ordered them from a bathroom supplier that stocks Craven Dunhill tiles!

Delivered the wrong tiles, apology from the Sales Manager Tony Shephard who no longer wants to communicate with me. Then following their mistake and misleadingly web site description try and charge you for returning the tiles £100 and a restocking charge of 20% = £70. SCAM.

This company did not put my needs first, did not meet my expectations and now try and SCAM me for their mistake.
