If I had an option for a zero star, I will negate that zero as well. Whao! This is the most horrible delivery service. I don’t even know why they’re still operating. Not only did the delivery guy delivered an empty box, after it was taken out, he threw it to the door stairs. Of course he knew it was empty and no longer had any value. He forgot there’s a camera on the door. It’s crazy.

This has been one of the worst delivery companies available to mankind. The threw my package onto the sidewalk in front of my covered porch during a rain storm. The box was so wet it was tearing apart. The package clearly stated “FRAGILE” on the front of it. If the company I use can’t find another carrier then I will no longer order from them.

Different orders from two different companies were delivered to the wrong address using this service.

They steal packages! They have stolen my package and they don’t respond. THIEVES!

My package was out for delivery. Then i get a text message from the driver saying theres an issue with the delivery address and asks me to give him the correct address. I text him back just 8 minuts later telling him that the address is absolutely correct. He never responds or answers my phone call. I then later see on the map he sent me that he was right in front of my freaking apartment. The address was absolutely correct. I dont know if he was to lazy to get out of his freaking truck or just too stupid to actually deliver the package. But the package was marked as undelivered due to "insufficient address" despite the address being absolutely correct and him literally being in front of my house. This level of incompetence from a delivery service is unacceptable. Now i will probably have to wait another two weeks to order my product again, and what are the chances if they use this same delivery service they will just do the same thing again! I honestly don't know why such a reputable company like Jones Road Beauty would use this scammy e commerce delivery company for there packages. Wild.

The tracking status still shows **"Shipping Label Created"**, which indicates that the package has not yet been received or scanned by your courier.

Could you please confirm whether the parcel has been received by Cirro? If not, please let me know when it is expected to be picked up and when the tracking information will be update.

Since negative stars aren't an option, I'll just tell you: I'd be a negative 4 star review.

Label created close to a week ago then....NADA. Even the store from which I purchased the item can't get an update from this company.

This HAS to be a scam. Has to be. And I don't mean the website I bought from (a years-old, well-etsablished makeup brand) I mean this TRACKING company.

This is hands down the WORST delivery service. Always issues with them, almost every single time. Can't follow directions, missing packages etc...Absolute Incompetence from the dumbest, most unprofessional people.

I bought an item for a birthday present. It made it all the way from Germany, just to be put into the hands of Cirro parcel for delivery in Seattle.

They threw the package, aling with others, on the floor in the corner of the apartment mailroom. They did not secure the deliveries in a parcel box. That was their delivery "service." Just dump all of the packages in a pile in the corner then leave.

They included a picture of all the parcels dumped in a corner. The company themselves called this, "a good complete delivery."

The package was not delivered. If they don't want to train their drivers on how to use the parcel boxes in a mailroom, then have them leave packages at the apartment door.

Delivery is not complete, and we are now fighting for a refund.

Zero Stars is better. Worst shipping company EVER didn’t even know they existed. No activity on my Order in transit since May 26, 2026 today is June 2nd. Fighting with the company who used them for a full refund now.

Package left at the front door, package went missing and they won't help us without any video proof ? Really bad company, if i could give 0 stars i would!

Your drivers are being extremely selfish and unprofessional. Just because they want to finish their deliveries, they think it's okay to aggressively buzz random rooms when the actual recipient doesn't answer.

They are causing serious disturbance to other residents who are tired of this aggressive buzzing. If a door doesn't open, Do not harass the entire building for one delivery. Fix this immediately!!!!!

Worst shipping company EVER!! Order in transit, then 2 days later, order not found. No customer service number! Company unable to provide delivery dates. JUST GARBAGE. I would not have ordered from what is supposed to be a reputable company if I knew I would have to go through this headache, trying to find WHERE my package is.

Delivery guy never comes to the door, i have a video doorbell camera. They delivered picture of the housenumber and the package seperately, so it should seem it is delivered. This is criminal behavior!!!! Did they steal my package?

Ive used the same flavor of cirro regular tobacco for 4 years now after giving up cigarettes. I had a brain hemorrhage and needed to quit so ill always be grateful for the product allowing me this ability to do so! Just recently out of the blue I purchased my usual 4 bottles from my local store that sells them and oh my was the flavor absolutely disgusting!!! The smell the taste hit me like some 90s Cammel cheap cigarettes you buy from the beach guy on the 3 star holiday back in the day!! I nearly threw up! After doing some research I see the manufacturing has changed so I reached out to see if this was a permanent change and to express my concern and was met with complete un-bothered customer service and basically told good luck with quitting 👍 so thanks 10 motives and cirro you've lost a long time customer! I dont know where to go from here as ive never after plenty of trying found another liquid that compared to the clean non chocolate type flavor

Never—under any circumstances—use this delivery service. Avoid it like the plague. These are scammers—the real deal. You will never receive your package; you will only lose your time and money. They are fraudsters who steal packages. My package was out for delivery for over a week; I contacted them every single day, and every single day they told me it would be delivered "today." Yet, not once did that actually happen. After a week, they informed me that the package had somehow been "lost." They claimed they didn't know how it happened, but that is complete nonsense—it is impossible to lose a large package; it’s not a needle in a haystack. I reached out to every possible channel for help, but they just kept lying. They are scammers. They have no business operating in this market. Be careful—they are fraudsters.

They falsely claim that I rejected a delivery. Twice.

Constantly misdelivers packages to the incorrect address. The delivery drivers here are incompetent.

These delivery drivers throw packages from the street and over 20 feet away. Our first experience was a broken smart scale that was thrown from 20 feet away at our front door. The next two were smaller packages for beauty products. I have Ring video I'm sending the companies I purchased from so that they know not to use this parcel service for their businesses.
