Sentimos mucho las molestias y el retraso en tu reembolso. Tal como te hemos indicado por correo electrónico, el reembolso se realizó el 28/01/2026 a la cuenta bancaria asociada a la tarjeta con la que efectuaste el pago, igualmente te enviamos el justificante de cancelación y reembolso del seguro.
Del mismo modo, acabamos de remitirte un nuevo mensaje a tu correo electrónico. Te rogamos, por favor, que nos hagas llegar el documento que te hemos solicitado para poder comprobar de nuevo el estado del reembolso y ayudarte a resolver esta situación lo antes posible. Gracias por tu mensaje Fenna. Hemos revisado en el sistema y has hecho dos contrataciones (una basic y otra plus). Nos hemos puesto en contacto via email para cancelar la póliza que finalmente no estés interesada en contratar y proceder al reembolso.
