Fantastic service as always

Today we visit CarPeople Nykøbing Falster with our blue VW Caddy, which made some suspicious noise while driving.
The technican made a short ride with our car and after that he checked it on the high-lift platform.
In less than 2 minutes he found the problem at the brake of the front wheel and solved it.
We had to pay nothing for that.
Thanks for the great service!
And the original VW dealer at Nykobing had no time to check our VW! That is disappointing.

It's not even close to what I expected...I went to replace a set of new tires on some new rims...I had to go twice to balance the wheels...because the first time they didn't balance them correctly and the steering wheel was shaking on the highway. Disappointing! 😕

Jeg havde en rigtig god oplevelse hos Lemvig Autocenter. Selvom værkstedet havde travlt, fandt ejeren tid til at give mig en aftale allerede dagen efter. Han var meget venlig, imødekommende og professionel gennem hele forløbet.
Det var også ejeren selv, der udførte reparationen, og arbejdet blev klaret hurtigt og effektivt på cirka 30 minutter. Jeg følte mig godt behandlet, og alt blev forklaret på en klar og ærlig måde.
Jeg kan varmt anbefale Lemvig Autocenter til alle, der søger et pålideligt værksted med god service og kompetente folk.
I had a very positive experience at Lemvig Autocenter. Even though the workshop was very busy, the owner managed to find a slot for me the very next day. He was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was that the owner personally carried out the repair. The work was completed quickly and efficiently in about 30 minutes. I felt well taken care of, and everything was explained clearly and honestly.
I highly recommend Lemvig Autocenter to anyone looking for reliable service, professional workmanship, and excellent customer care

I postponed my trip, and today they told me I wouldn't get a replacement car from them because I couldn't show my driving license, which I left at home. I had other documents with me, like my ID and passport, and the employee said he wouldn't give me a car because I might steal it. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ JESUS ​​CHRIST, I'M LEAVING YOU MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED, WHICH I WILL PICK UP!!! The second employee said that proof of purchase would be enough. I wasted two months on you. You also didn't inform me when the approval from the insurance company arrived.
