Awful experience when opening motorbike…
Awful experience when opening motorbike policy. Quote was okay but staff member hadn’t a clue and frequently had to put me on hold as “system was acting up”. What should have taken 10 minutes, took an hour. And this after waiting for an inordinate amount of time to get through in the first place.

I’ve been with Carole Nash for three years now, and I’ve been very happy with the level of service they’ve provided.
As we all know, insurance premiums have been increasing year after year. My car insurance goes up every year, regardless of the provider or level of cover—it’s simply becoming more expensive.
With Carole Nash, however, my experience has been the complete opposite. My motorcycle insurance has actually become cheaper each year. That’s something I really appreciate, and it’s one of the main reasons I have no intention of switching providers.
Carole Nash has done an excellent job of staying competitive while keeping premiums as affordable as possible. It’s refreshing to see a company passing savings on to its customers where they can.
Well done, Carole Nash, and keep up the great work!
