They misplaced a CD game and sent a cheaper version
Purchased a premium edition of a ps5 game online and they sent a standard copy in the premium box. This is utterly not acceptable considering the misaligned between the advertised product and the actual product. It is very disappointing particularly that they do not have any online customer service platform or email.

I’ve been paying this long almost a year now and my balance is pretty much the same as the initial loan started. Everytime I make a payment interest takes most of it. I knew interest was a little higher than some other lenders but you guys are crazy
