So far so good! I will update once my order is received, but they wanted the least for metal shelves and with free shipping. I am hopeful for a good delivery 🤞🏽More descriptive photos or product summary would have been preferred (such as if the shelving unit can be split into two smaller shelves like most of this type), but if they deliver a good product in good condition, I want lower my rating. Room for growth and there is potential. I am giving you all a shot 🤞🏽🤞🏽

No more patience!
Not only did I order furniture from BricoBravo for 89,00 € but also spent another 6/7 € for Safe Help ( faster assistance according to them) so now they own me over 90€. I bought it on December 18 , was supposed to arrive on 24/12 instead arrived 6/01 when I refused it and sent back but after 3 days it was delivered again! It’s now 26/01 and I’m still waiting for my refund. Seriously?? What a joke.
I also opened a complaint with my bank Revolut and they have been extremely efficient but I have still to get a positive response and no refund from Bravo Brico!

Terrible delivery service, no box at all for toys
Terrible delivery service, the parcel left Germany on the first day it was supposed to be delivered in Italy. Needless to say, the parcel arrived too late - customer service kept on telling me to wait 3 working days, day after day - sounded like a joke. After further delays, they offered me a €5 refund - what a joke! When it arrived, THE TOY HAD NO BOX AT ALL!?! Incredible, really, and what a let down for the kid! So once we opened the cardboard box, there you had the little pieces to assemble! I would not recommend, especially during holidays.

For the price I would say it is still…
For the price I would say it is still ok. Some of the finishing could be better and you see many more holes and screws the pictures show.
Some parts could have been produced mirrored so you wouldn't see the holes where to insert the fixing parts.
Also some parts seemed like not finished. The surface was rough and part some mm to big.
So in the end I needed extra time to fill the holes smoothen the surface.
Though not have found a solution for the extra screws you can see.
