Great steps forward in terms of customer satisfaction
A few month after my negative experience, I was called by Brass and received a big sorry and the promise, that such things shall not be repeated. My case was documented and shall receive special attention, if there should be any problems with the ptoduct in the future. I like this approach to get better.

Horrible support - might be some sort of scam
Bought a pool which was defective.
I waited for 4 months and wrote several emails. Then, after threatening to inform my lawyer I could finally send it back and was supposed to get my money back.
That didn't work either, as they said they refunded the money but they did not.
Again several emails and weeks later I acquired help from a general customer service center who requested again for the refund. And then finally I got my refund.
Unless you take legal action you have no chance for getting your warranty or your money back.

Ihre Mails wurden von uns von Anfang an beantwortet, und wir hatten immer wieder versucht Ihnen zu helfen. Selbstverständlich gab es nach Rückerhalt der Ware auch die volle Kaufpreiserstattung.
Dass die Reklamation hätte schneller bearbeitet werden können ist sicher möglich, aber das Sie den Vorgang nach kompletten Abschluss als "scam" bezeichnen ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar und wir halten diese Bezeichnung für nicht fair.

Thanks for the Lawn Mower and Support
I orderd a lawn mower. The Delivery was as fast, as i aspected. After using the lawn mower for like 6 months, i had Problems with the transmission box, so i contacted the service Team and they sent me a new transmission box with instructions how to exchange the parts. So I'm very happy to say, this Company keeps there promises and the Service was grand.
