I ordered a child's bike seat for over 100Euros, nothing ever came. No one has responded to my emails, I'm left 100 euros down and no bike seat. Absolutely terrible.

Good prices but lack of customer support. I bought a Shimano SL-M5130 shifter mistakenly described as I-Spec II compatible. It's not a big deal, e-mailed them to ask if they send me the wrong shifter and is is there anything we can do. Turns out this shifter does not have a version for I-Spec II mounting, only clamp band. But got no answer from them nor the item description was corrected.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a few components on August 3rd, and today, Aug 22nd, nothing. Customer service is impossible to reach. And when contacting a local shop, they have no clue. They say that they have nothing to do with the online processes.
Total incompétence, to be honest.
I have asked a few times for my money but am still waiting.

Everything bad.
The bike is not here yet and its already twice the time it said in the page; their partner LOGWIN provided me a date of delivery NOT FLEXIBLE at all and the customer service was completely rude and incompetent.
I didn't know that it would be delivered different packages and I didn't received one of them and they do not give me any solution even sending 5 emails already because they don't answer the phone.

I had a pleasure to buy two bikes for me and my wife at the BOC 24 shop in Koln Ehrenfeld. We've been consluted by Mr. Gerhardt Bone and till now are very pleased with our selection.
Great recommendations from Mr. Bone, on the bikes itself as well as on the additional devices and tools.
We've spent in the shop more than 4 hours and tried many bikes. Mr. Bone was always very helpful and his suggestion were very important for our decision.
I can recommend BOC24 in Koln, Ehrenfeld to the bike enthusiasts and Mr. Bone specifically as a great professional and very attentive bike consultant.

We were setting off to Berlin and just needed to make sure our bikes complied with Germany regulations.
GIDEON spoke English perfectly and was so so helpful friendly and competent.
And it was all easy.

They didn't deliver, never answered, not email or telephone, nothing at all since 4 weeks. This is a common complain positive reviews probably bought. This website is a scam!

Horrible service and very long delivery times.

Order placed on 10.5.2020, last delivery shipped on 10.6.2020 (the last of four packages). Hotline is disabled, email communication does not work (response times longer than a week). My two cents, just order your parts in different bike shops.

I am a regular customer in BOC Wiesbaden. I have already purchased some bicycles and was looking forward to it in the future. But we are disappointed lately because when we visited the store on 30.05 for repair, the staff said it is only possible via email appointment. So I applied for an appointment via email on 31.05. Today is already 07.06 and still no acknowledgment from BOC Wiesbaden. Reaching via telephone is just impossible. No one picks up the phone. Now we have to look elsewhere for repair.

Great service and customer support. I would defiantly recommend this company and will use again for future purchases.
