I bought a milkshake and i told dthem that i was lactose intolarant and they sad it was no lactose in the milkshake. I later sat on the toilet for 1,5 hour and the toklet clogd downd and and everythin went on the flor. I went and bought a pump but instead of pumping the shit down it punped the shit up and i puked everywhere. Do not recomend biltema (burgers OK)
No paper in the women's toilet and dirty in the men's toilet.
Biltema lacks leadership. The young staff cannot manage the place without experienced leaders.

They sell poor quality electronics and refuse to take it back and replace them with new when they rrpeatedly stop working within 2 weeks.
