It was quick but these days I am generally a bit concerned about the security of my data that is held by companies.

As always, ordering online is simple.

Great website. Easy to navigate. Great reviews. Makes making an expensive purchase a much easier decision.

B&H Consistently provides some of the best pricing, most reasonable shipping/fees to me as a Canadian while providing awesome customer service and carrying lots of great products we often can't buy locally or have to pay exorbitantly more for (this was true long before the present tariffs, etc.). I literally just saved north of $1000 CAD buying from B&H than a local retailer.

Any issues I've ever had were quickly and pleasantly resolved so ultimately, if you're buying anything and B&H carry it, you're doing yourself a huge disservice by not checking them out.

Beware of B&H scams ?? Looks that the company is kind of hurting like all other companies in the USA . I places Two orders at B&H at late night and find out that I did an error did not apply the one year payment plan so I went back right away to cancel or modify my order and when clicked on it it says CALL real funny one big scam so early morning they posted order shipped THAT IS A LIE plus I've send an email to cancel right away but they cancelled one order the less expensive and thew $199,00 order posted as shipped .I called when I got up where we have 3 hours behind NY but went through hell and its been for three days where my package arrived Las Vegas ready for delivery Tuesday a day after Labor Day . I went through nightmare with B&H and one of there executives that I know where FEDEX told me it is at our hub and they can request a reroute package and so far I see nothing was done....BEWARE do not place any orders on there site at NIGHT meaning after hours and on there SABATH because you will get stuck last time I paid twice shipping $24.00 to ship back an item Tell you what the ere said is that customer will get there package and keep it and if not charge him $1200 and get it back ... They lost not just this order but a Sony FX3 XLR $5498.00 plus a few MG E mount lenses and I kept one order for Apple Studio just because Its a back order and I will get mine this month for about $4699.00 other wise I would have cancelled it . I bought an apple laptop MacBook Pro for $3899.00 from ABT electronics where this order was suppose to be at B&H all I say I can show a proof of purchase I am not blowing air . Many sales they lose because of there stupidity any place allows you to cancel or change at order
WHY B&H NEEDS TO WASTE MY TIME AND CALL THEM TO GET A CLERK THAT DOESNT KNOW WHATS HE OR SHE ARE DOING ...Just beware if what you purchase next time at B&H
