I can’t believe this store is real. I honestly don’t know another place on the planet with prices like this—it feels like you’re importing materials from Mars. And even if I rented a SpaceX rocket, flew to Mars, and bought the same stuff there, I’m pretty sure it would still be at least 40% cheaper.
I don't understand why it takes three weeks (and counting) to deliver a door frame to a store for pick up.
I ordered a door and a door frame on 11/5, was told delivery from 14/5. I called on the 20/5 and was told delivery now on 31/5. It is now 3/6 and the door has been delivered to the store but still waiting on the door frame. I called up today and was told they have no information but would call me back. They didn't.
I asked if the door would be kept at the store until the full order arrives as I do not want to make two trips hiring a trailer, they said they dont know.
I've had an unfinished wall in my house for nearly a month now waiting for a door frame. It's beyond ridiculous.
