Only part of order arrived. Photo taken or package was at dispatch NOT delivery! Ordered flowers and chocolates from Australia for a family member celebrating her 80th in Paris. Roses arrived on her birthday but not the expensive chocolates. Customer service organised to resend the chocolates but they haven’t been sent out, a week later and my family are leaving Paris today. Would NOT recommend using this service for overseas deliveries.

The flowers have still not been delivered. I was charged extra for delivery and it is late by a whole day. No update has been provided. When will you deliver the flowers??

Excellent, easy to order, on line flowers from UK for delivery near Paris. Great tracking service to ensure flowers were delivered within the timescale. Recipient very pleased with them. Highly recommended and I’ll be using Aquarelle again.

Poor standard of flowers and a bad response from Aquarelle
I have used Aquarelle four times, each time for flower deliveries in Spain. The first three were for friends in Seville and everyone was happy with the flowers, the last was for a recently bereaved friend in Nerja, the flowers were of very poor quality with some dead on arrival.
I contacted Aquarelle two days after the delivery who asked for photos, I have sent a total of 4 photos with no further response frm Aquarelle. I have subsequently sent 2 follow up emails on the 17th and 28th of July again with no response.
So in short I will not be using Aquarelle again it appears that if the flowers are in good condition everyting is fine, but if they arrive in poor condition they do not want to know
