Excellent all round service
The price of the oven I bought from Appliance City was very competitive. The delivery was well organised and the delivery men very helpful. Unfortunately within the package was a breakage but your company organised the replacement with Samsung superbly well.

Delivery of Smeg cooker by Ryan and Pete was first class in every respect. Thank you.
The ordering process was easy to use and the item ordered was in stock and delivered on time.
My initial thoughts on the purchase are there are a number of quality issues which is disappointing which is clearly not down to Appliance City but the manufacturer Smeg.

Easy to order
Easy to order, however the delivery guys were 5 star, amazing, and so careful and considerate. Having to negotiate an old American Fridge Freezer out of the house and new one in without any damage was a feat of expertise on their behalf. They truly deserve a "shout out" if nothing else!

Would not recommend
Delivery staff would not unpack to deliver as they get billed if item is damaged so it wouldn't fit and got returned (which is fine) but we then got billed £150 for failed delivery. They also did not take our existing appliance away. Would not reccommend and would not purchase again.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful courteous. Unfortunately my order didn't get delivered on the day it was scheduled for. Not sure what happened but Appliance City were very good at sorting the issue once the problem had been identified.

The American Fridge Freezer was great value for money and delivered on the promised day with accurate updates Also the delivery driver was fantastic, found the easiest way to access our kitchen and installed it perfectly he was gone in 45 mins… excellent!!
