I would NOT recommend apex. I specifically asked for a wellness check and was billed for medical appointment. The CNP only did a wellness check. Two phone calls have been made discussing this matter and no changes have been made. This is how companies like Apex can get money from patients.

I had a really positive experience at Derkocosmetics with nurse Sandra. I chose to do a chemical peel to improve the brightness and texture of my skin, and I felt informed and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Sandra was super professional, attentive, and honest, clearly explaining the healing time and the results I could expect. I’m already happy with how things are progressing, and I’m excited for the next step (Pico Laser!). I truly recommend them to anyone looking for serious, personalized treatments with both a medical and human touch.

What a professional and knowledgeable person. I had some concerns about excisting filler done somewhere else two years ago. Louise gave great advice and couple of different options and explained each option in detail. She did my treatment and I couldn't be happier it looks perfect and still so natural I love my results so much!

Really good experiences with Dermocosmetics so far. I tried the Forma treatment and could definitely see some results and glow after 6 treatments. The staff is super friendly and professional as well, I felt pampered and in good hands.

I had tear through fillers with Restylane for the second time at DermoCosmetic. Hence, I knew I was a perfect candidate for the treatment. I am 30 years old and not allergic to anything. This time I got a new nurse.. The nurse placed the product too superficial on both eyes and hit a blood vessel under one eye. The result: one very swollen eye bag which felt uncomfortable and an asymmetric face for 3 weeks. The other under eye bag “only” had mild discoloration (Tyndall effect). The nurse maintained it had been placed correctly. Their doctor (who was over 30 min late to our appointment) acknowledged the problem verbally and suggested the filler to be dissolved if there was no considerable improvement after 3-4 weeks - which I did at another clinic (NAGE) as DermoCosmetic only had time the Friday before the December lockdown began (and failed to mention they would extraordinarily be open during the weekend) and I did not want any treament right before the clinic closed for an unknown amount of weeks due to Covid-19. I called them when they reopened, asked for my money back, a rebate or just an apology, but was told the filler was placed correct and to read the risks closer by a condescending person. As you can imagine I was furious about paying DKK 2900 for something that had to be dissolved for DKK 1600 at another clinic and not even get a “we’re sorry”. They treat clients terrible. They will not even admit that the filler was placed poorly, even though two independent and esteemed clinics who have seen me in-person say so (not just me who thought the result was unsatisfactory).
Now they are taking it one step further in a desperate attempt to save reputation: hijacking my review, making false claims and painting me as a rude person.
Also, they do not have my permission to share any of my personal data online. That I have chosen to share my experience does not mean I wave the right to my personal information or allow them to share things on my record, such as but not limited to treatment date. I guess they don’t care about GDPR regulation or common conduct of ensuring discretion.

What I love about DermoCosmetic is that it’s owned and guided by one of Denmark’s most respected dermatologists, who takes an evidence-based approach to the treatments he brings into the clinic. He is patient-first, always. He doesn’t just glob onto whatever "flavor-of-the-month procedure" has the latest buzz - but instead, scrutinizes the data and brings into the clinic only the safest, most effective interventions (you’ll notice that’s why the clinic doesn’t offer treatments with more mixed outcomes, like say, Ultherapy).

I heard about Dr. Erik Obitz/DermoCosmetic through an aesthetic nurse, who vouched that he’s a prolific and respected trainer of many clinicians performing medical-aesthetic treatments in DK. So it’s evident that Dr. Obitz infuses his expertise and know-how (as a dermatologist for many decades) into this clinic. He does thorough research and training —outside Denmark’s borders — to bring back the best options, and the best techniques. I’ve gone for two consults with him (and one with Kristoffer, who is so knowledgeable and sweet). Dr. Obitz spent a lot of time patiently answering my tough questions (I had a lot, as a risk-averse and worry-wart customer ;) ); but he was transparent and realistic. He asked about my personal situation and concerns, so that he wouldn’t advise a treatment that wasn’t aligned with my expectations, or what I could afford. I ended up trying the Morpheus8 and it went really well. It’s a RF-microneedling procedure, and I’m slowly starting to see results. I had a chat with Dr. Obitz’ wife, Wenche, before the treatment, and she’s lovely and helpful. After the treatment, I was given clear instructions on after-care, and advised by Wenche to call or contact them immediately if anything came up. (Everything was fine, and healing was swift!).

I feel very safe with Dr. Obitz and his talented staff at DermoCosmetic - I highly recommend.

I had filler treatment at DermoCosmetic and I am amazed by the excellent result. I did the same treatment in Brazil and in Dubai, places I lived before, and I can say without a doubt the professional Kristoffer has exceptional skills and made the application almost painless. I am happy to have found a great clinic in Copenhagen!

Don't go to Dermocosmetic, they just want to make easy money for bad service.

Im very satisfied with my botox and filler treatments today. Many thanks to Nana who treated me with such a patience and was explaning to me everything i need to know. It was really nice experience, i will def go again and visit the clinic again.
