Fraudulent

To: AOTECH

Attn: Customer Service / Complaints Department

Subject: Unauthorised Charges, Fraudulent Conduct & Failure to Remove Equipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and fraudulent conduct carried out by your representative, James, during his dealings with our business.

On several occasions, I requested assistance only to replace the toner in our existing machine. James visited our store but did not fix or replace the toner. Instead, he commented on the cost of our current machine and claimed he could replace it with a new A3 machine at the same cost, with no extra charges. He asked for my credit card, stating he needed it simply to “fill in the form”.

However, without my permission or authorisation, your company withdrew $9,312 from our bank account. This amount was taken without consent and without any contract provided to us. After repeatedly contacting James, he returned only $2,150. To make matters worse, your company has continued to withdraw $53.90 every month, even though no valid contract exists and the old machine has still not been collected.

After this incident, I clearly informed James and your team to remove all your machines from our premises, yet no one has taken any action. We have been loyal customers, but the behaviour shown by your staff is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent and misleading.

I have all evidence, including email conversations, messages, dates of store visits, and payment records. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to:

Was ok for the first few mths

Was ok for the first few mths, Then they started direct debiting hundreds of dollars more than expected. Contacted and they apologised, but then took even more and thereafter stopped responding to all messages. Ended up asking lawyers for assistance. Absolute fraudsters.

AOTECH ARE SCAMMERS

It is so annoying that before you review these companies yu have to give them 1 star. I wouldnt give them any starts. For at least 8 years now they have been sending me scam invoices, they sometimes ring me and I say to the person are you new? and they say yes. I tell them to fid a job with an honest company. They are relentless scammers who never let go. If you get emails from them report themn to Scamwatch (not that they seem to do anything). All the NEGATIVE reviews on this page are 1OO% correct.
STAY AWAY FROM AOTECH AT ALL COSTS

Scammers

Absolute bottom feeders. They are the worst of the worst. They will tell you lies about paying out your current provider and then try to make you increase the monthly spend.
Run away fast.

This would have to be the WORST company…

This would have to be the WORST company I have ever dealt with!

We organised the hire of a printer/multi-function centre through them and all went well at first. Then they couldn't immediately supply the machine we wanted, and offered us another one as a temporary measure (only up until April 2024). Well, we still have this "temporary" machine (it's now the end of November 2024). This machine is not fit for purpose, as we print A3 plans etc.

Their salesperson James Donatossian reads our emails almost immediately (shown by read receipts) and then proceeds to ignore them. Likewise with the endless phone calls we have made to both him and the company.

I would not recommend them to anyone and I would give less than one star if I could.

The WORST customer service ever (not) experienced.
