Additionall buggy seat sold as new, but clearly used as very dirty. Lots of sand, smears and food crumbs. Customer service responsive and admitted their fault, but offered a laughable less than 10% discount. Would avoid if you want guaranteed new items that have passed safety checks

I had such a great experience at All4baby thanks to Shannon. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She really took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options for the baby furniture i required, and make sure I felt confident in my choices. I ordered a mattress on 5th of June. After more than a month I have neither the mattress nor the refund and the store keeps responding saying they need to wait for the manufacturer to refund them first. I have nothing to do with your manufacturer. I ordered from you, you did not deliver, you need to pay me back!

We just upgraded our car seat with Carol at All4Baby and our experience could not have been made easier. We are first time parents, and managing all the brands and safety regulations can be really overwhelming. This morning we just walked in, told Carol we needed a bigger car seat, and she did all the rest! In about ten minutes she had the new seat picked out with us, installed and ready for us to drive away.

We've stuck with All4Baby from the start because when it comes to safety and the best setup for our child, they have an amazing expertise. They know their products inside out and make everything so easy and worry-free for us. Honestly, we don't even consider anywhere else. Highly recommend All4Baby and Carol in particular

I visited all 4 baby and the service and helpfulness was really excellent. I dealt with Carol and she was great, she fitted the car seat and showed me exactly how to use it. I was delighted to give all 4 baby the business and especially happy when they matched the price of a local big chain shop not to name names. All around a very happy customer.

I think it's a great product. I've been through a lot of products. But found that almost all of them are low quality or expensive but not quality. I think all 4 baby products are good and quality.

Despite several attempts at getting a repair of a defect trolley they never replace or reply or respond.

Ordered Nuna baby chair wednesday, and received it saturday in Denmark, and the shipping cost was reasonable :-)

Their webpage could use a little update.
It's just a little too "neat" to be a webshop.

Didn't receive any shipping info or final confirmation, that the order was shipped.
The package just arrived at my address!
