I've never dealt with a company so incompetent as Adidas. I had to return a pair of shoes and I did ship them, have a receipt for shipping. They said they don't see it tracking anymore and won't send... See more

My experience with this brand was bad
My experience with this brand was bad. It was my first time buying Adidas shoes for my son, but unfortunately, the soles were ruined after less than a week of use. I think it's a bad product and doesn't even deserve one star.
Adidas has the worst customer service
Adidas has the worst customer service, when I call about my refund I’m told something different everyday it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund.
False advertising
Part of my order was missing. Ordered a backpack that was supposed to come with a rain cover. When the bag arrived without the cover I contacted customer services and they admitted being aware of supply issues and said the rain cover wasn't actually in stock and they didn't know when or if it ever would be even though it is still part of the product description online. False advertising.
Disastrous customer service – Lost items and broken refund codes
Order lost in transit and Adidas refuses to sort it out properly. Every "refund" voucher sent to me is completely blank—missing numbers, PINs, and barcodes. Customer service keeps giving me empty 72-hour promises and trying to push vouchers that require me to spend twice as much to redeem them.
I don't want promotion traps; I want my money back or the items I paid for. Shocking customer service for a major brand.

Adidas use an IDF SOLDIER as model for their new stuff? I have bought 10+ Adidas shoes every year for the past 25 years. And i will never ever buy shoes from that bad company once again in my life!
Extremely disappointing experience with Adidas
Extremely disappointing experience with Adidas!!!Unfortunately, I have also become a victim of a very disappointing online shopping experience with Adidas. I paid for my order, but I never received the material I ordered.
What is even more frustrating is that, after experiencing this problem, I checked the online reviews and found many other customers reporting similar issues with orders, deliveries, refunds and customer service.
I always considered Adidas to be a reputable and trustworthy international company, so this experience was completely unexpected. This is the first time I have experienced such a serious problem with an online purchase, and it has seriously affected my confidence in buying products online.
For me, the biggest disappointment is not only losing money or not receiving the order, but the lack of proper communication and an effective solution from such a well-known company.
I am currently taking the necessary steps to recover my money, including considering legal action if the matter is not resolved.
I sincerely hope Adidas takes these complaints seriously and improves its online customer service. A company with such a strong international reputation should provide its customers with a much higher level of service and accountability.
Fake Adidas sold in Adidas Store
In June/July (l am not sure) l bought an Adidas from your Adidas store in Sabah Malaysia Kota Kinabalu Imago Mall.
The main reason,l went to the Store was to get an authentic Adidas for my walking. I just st assumed it been an Adidas Store it would only be selling Original Adidas. I am 65 years old and l don't follow any trends. I just picked a shoes within my budget.
Unfortunately the shoes l bought after two months are showing signs of damage and my feet hurts when l wear them for long periods of time. The shoes l bought was a Adidas Adistar. I believe it's a fake
Why is a Adidas Store selling fake shoes? In it's store ?
The reason l went to an Adidas Store was to buy a good quality shoe, l have absolutely lost Confidence in your Store.
Unfortunately l bought a his shoes with Cash. So l am in a dilemma, cause l am not able to ask for a refund.
In time l will be making the revalant complains to the revalant authorities.
Yours Sincerely
Samuel Johnson.
Adidas Denmark is CRAP!
Adidas Denmark is engaging in misleading marketing on their website. I pre-ordered an item expected to be delivered between August 25 and 31, but it has still not arrived. Today, September 2, their chatbot informed me that they have no information on when the product will be back in stock. Despite this, the item is still available for pre-order on the website, now claiming an expected delivery date of September 3—tomorrow. This is obviously highly improbable given that the item is currently out of stock.
Adidas use royal mail both are awful
Adidas use royal mail . I specifically asked for a delivery to be made after the first attempt on weds 2/9/2026. Due to royal mail leaving goods in the bins . They still delivered in the 1st sept which happens to be the same day the bins are emptied one guess where they goods went . They now say the goods have been delivered in the said bins and have photos to prove it . It isn't very good for me to go to the council tip to find them amongst thousands of tonnes of other people waste . Now Adidas have sent me a form to fill in which I cannot open because i need a specific document reader I do not have . And have sent with an non reply email address. Talk about not taking responsibility
Avoid buying from Adidas
Avoid buying from Adidas, if there are issues they will steal your money.
They cancelled my giftcard and are now not giving me my money back with no resolution or answers. Ive had multiple emails and phone calls explaining they cancelled it yet still I am stuck going round in circles with their useless customer service team. Its been frustrating to say the least and I am now having to seek legal advice.
DO NOT ORDER
THIS IS THE WORST RETAILER
IVE ORDER MY ITEMS TWICE AS THE FIRST ORDER SAID IT WAS DLEIVERED WHEN IT WAS REDIRECTED TO DEPOT
SECOND ORDER WAS DELAYED BY 9DAYS WITH NO UPDATES
Good design, but runs a little large
The shoes feel a little larger than expected based on the sizing information on the website. I would recommend considering going down a size if you prefer a more snug fit. Other than that, they look and feel ok.
I returned 2 shoes for a smaller size
I returned 2 shoes for a smaller size. I only tried on one pair. When Adidas received the return for an exchange, they claim only one pair was in acceptable condition - the pair I tried on. The one I did not try on was rejected for being in an unacceptable condition! I warn others to take pictures of the shoes you want to return/exchange so they pull this kind of crap on you. Also, use the chat to confirm refund/exchange so you have written documentation. 3 different customer service agents said in writing they would offer a refund instead of an exchange but then I received an email from "Kate" denying the refund and denying the exchange.

The jersey and sneakers I order don't fit the selected item I place ordered for online. Have send an email if I can come to the branch office still no reply yet

I bought a football kit for my kid but it didn't match him, I have been writing you people but no respond yet. I also order a Barcelona jersey still no respons, I ask if I can come to your branch office to complain.
Do not bother with their customer service agents
My experience has been completely diabolical from start to finish. I’ve had to chase you for nearly a week because your delivery failed, only to be brushed off for three days, told someone would ring me back when no one ever did, and forced to constantly call back myself.
The customer service agents I spoke to had a flippant and passive-aggressive tone, completely dismissing my concerns about a missing parcel I urgently needed for an event—leaving me stranded and forced to scramble for an alternative. I was told to just go and buy another pair, brushed off for days more, and then given the absurd excuse that it was 'safely collected with a PIN' on August 23rd.
I never received a PIN or any collection code whatsoever. This directly correlates with what happened when I visited the collection shop in person on Monday: the shopkeeper asked for my QR code or PIN, neither of which existed because you never sent them. Furthermore, the photographic 'evidence' provided by Royal Mail doesn't even match the facade of the shop.
After 5 to 6 days of being ignored and stonewalled, your final response was to close the case with a blanket brush-off and a cheerful 'I hope you have a great day.' It is insulting, unprofessional, and disgraceful. Competitors do not treat customers this way. This entire ordeal has been awful, and it has seriously made me think twice about ever purchasing from Adidas again.
Do not buy gift cards with these guys!!!!
Purchased a gift card from the brand with the 3 stripes in April 2023, purchase made in May 2024, ~£140 left. I try to make a purchase with the gift card in March 2026 but it doesn't work. I chatted to Adidas and they confirm there is a balance but the card has been deactivated due to a 3 year expiry. The card has printed on the front, "valid for ten years". I have been on calls, chats, whatsapp, email to Adidas, each time someone different gives a different response.
I escalated this and was told a response would be received in 72 hours. I waited over a week with no response. I escalated again and now they are saying there is no balance and the card is deactivated. I have in writing them confirming there is a balance.
Adidas the brand with terrible customer service and thieves.
The worst experience EVER
The worst experience EVER, bought items which were faulty and cut my foot , waiters over 4 weeks for a refund never arrived , accepted gift card but the card doesn’t work and then sent numerous emails and spent over half an hour trying to explain to an advisor who clearly couldn’t be bothered to help…NEVER AGAIN
Returns are slow and convoluted
Won a raffle on their CONFIRMED app. Shoes came, were nice but too big so sent back. Have so far waited 10 days for them to eventually come back to me to say they have received the item. Now got to wait another (up to) 14 days for the money to come back into my credit card. The turnaround is painfully slow and, in this day and age really should be an issue. Will now be thinking twice about purchasing from them again. Have no such problems when buying Nike items.
I will NEVER purchase anything else…
I will NEVER purchase anything else from this website the customer service is horrible they let you purchase something that’s not in stock then will not let you cancel the order or refund you!! Who has money just to let Adidas hold it for 14 days ??????
