Great quick delivery and lovely well made products

Item sent to wrong address by delivery company but no way to contact them and still no reply to my message to AÇAI regarding the issue

Good quality showerproof leggings. Stretchy and comfortable to wear. True to size.

My items were delivered to another address, that i dont know the location. Have contacted acai but no response apart from the automated email. No refund, no items. I am out of pocket by approx £100. This company are disgraceful fraudsters! Happy to charge you, then ignored when a problem arises.

I’ve had size 10 leggings from here before and they have been fine, these had absolutely no stretch and wouldn’t even go past my thigh. Really disappointing. I’d have needed at least a size 16 which then once past thighs would have been far too big on the middle. Hard to know whether to order if different pairs are going to have wildly different fit.

Very poor customer service, no reply to an enquiry sent over three weeks ago. Also still waiting on a refund.

Very pleased with quality of leggings and perfect size fit

At the moment its 1 star. I orded 2 leggings in the sale on the 28th of August. They where supposed to arrive on the 3rd. When I looked it saod they would be delivered today (4th) I've checked the tracker today and it now says it has been returned to sender. I have sent a email via the website but after looking at the reviews I'm not expecting an email back till I leave a review. I saw this company a few years ago but the things where out of my price range. I thought they where going to be a good company since I saw them being sold my local Cotswold outdoor store. But i have since been back to that store and on there website and they are no longer stocking this company which makes me wonder and question if they are a good company. We shall see when I get a resolution.

My order arrived very quickly and I’ve found it to be of very high quality. It’s a good fit, true to size. Lots of pockets and a good length. I’m really pleased and I’m sure it will see a lot of wear throughout the winter. It’s a good, all round weight to wear throughout the whole year.

Was delighted with the product. My friend has recommended these over the years. I finally got a pair. Fits well. Warm and waterproof. I felt great in them. Lovely to walk in. I highly recommend them to others.

I buy Acai as a matter of course now. As a wheelchair user the clothes are easy to layer up for warmth and the help to keep me dry. Wheelchair users have exposed upper legs, so the shower proof trousers are great. The clothes I choose are tighter fitting on arms and legs and don't get in the way for pushing or caught in wheels. The quality of the clothing is great and I wear these almost every day - especially in winter. Thank you Acai for developing something useful for wheelchair users - even if it wasn't intentional :-)

The app is really easy to use and I’ve never had a problem if I need to return any items or if I’ve had a query, these have been answered

I have always purchased from Açai and have always been very happy with the quality and service provided.
I recently purchased from them and unfortunately my parcel was tampered with in transit and items removed.
I contacted them regarding this issue and quickly responded and resolved the issue for me. Fantastic service from Açai.
Love your clothing Açai and so look forward to wearing some of your new collection.

Previous correspondence shown. Still no refund. Potential customers please be aware.
Poor fit of trousers which needed returned. So far have heard nothing as in no confirmation on receiving the return- even though Royal Mail have delivered this and no information on when my refund will be processed

Great looking trousers, both the skinny version and the straight leg version. I'm 5ft 2 and found them all to be perfect lengths. They were long but didn't touch the ground in my hiking boots. I wore them for a camping trip as they're great for hikes. Stretchy, warm and water repellent but stylish enough for the pub afterwards! The beanie hat is also very warm.

Every item I have received from ACAI has been well made, and fit perfectly. Delivered on time and well packaged.

Order arrived swiftly with decent discount in sale.
Have worn coat today in the rain and it has kept me dry. Took the advice of others and chose size 16 rather than size 18 (often need this for long arms, 5ft 10) and this has good room in it.
Bit of an a-line fit, but perhaps the rain will run off around me rather than straight onto trousers. Happy with zipped pockets, a handy internal one and drawstring hood which can be 'locked' in position.

I bought a green top and love the feel of the material. It is very good quality and the price was really reasonable in comparison to other outdoor sites that I have used for many years.
This will definitely be my new go to shop.
