Just leased a brand new Renault. Even though i am not a Danish speaker, everything went smoothly, and the sales man, Allan, helped me with everything. Good customer service.

Arrogant seller, disrespectful, made me waste time just to say that they're not interested in the sale of the car, after test driving and pictures although he wasn't interested. Other than the fact that the appraisal of the car was miserably low ball.
I thought that this was an exceptional case but this happened the second time in two years and a total of two visits.

Great dealership to deal with. I dealt with Morten and from start to finish he went over and beyond to help me and make sure all my needs were met. I needed the car for a certain and he made sure to have it a week previous just to be safe. Morten also made sure that the correct tyres were installed to the car. Thank you and I would highly recommend.

The car dealer didn't do to make sure that the car they give to the customer once is bought it's not complete. It was 2 times now that i experienced that when I picked my car always have a problem. Instead of makes sure that it is 100% good condition. Its look like they aren't good to make there customer happy. I guess this is my last place to buy a car. I rather to choose a place that they welcomed you well and make sure the car you bought is in good condition before to deliver it.

On our trip to Sweden, our 2010 Renault Scenic broke down close to Kolding. We headed straight to "Autohuset Vestergaard", because it was the nearest Renault partner.
Right at the beginning we have been treated very kindly and between 9am to 12 noon, our car was diagnosed, new parts were ordered and delivered, installed and they did a test drive to see if everything was fine now. (It was).
It was faster and also cheaper than doing it in Germany. :))))))

All in all we had a GREAT experience and would 100% recommend this place!
