I ordered a turntable that got here relatively fast, but I found out later that it did not work properly. So I got in touch with their support team for a return. Everything was okay, until they stopped answering. I paid for shipping and delivered the package, but they had not given me all the information that the post company needed. So because they ghosted me and didn't give me the information, I'm stuck with the turntable and 50 quid poorer with the shipping.

I ordered this record player as my first one. Purchasing and delivery was smooth and no issues. Customer service did respond to my concerns and offered to make it right.

Delivery was fast

What a piece of rubbish. Plays about 75% of a single record then either stops or glides across remainder of the record. Sounds like a cat being strangled when it dies actually play. Contacted customer service (service is extremely poor) to get a refund. Seems impossible. They want us to pay for return and take responsibility for its entire journey. Gets lost our fault, gets broke in transit, our fault. They won’t even accept liability if and when it reaches them. There is no way are the reviews real. The product is rubbish. There are better units available in the UK for around £35. The 5 star rating is bogus and should be taken down. Please save yourself some money and a load of grief and buy a different product from a reputable company. Do not buy from this company you WILL be disapointed!!

I bought the Heritage Vt-80 as a gift for my boyfriend. The bright red color is amazing and it arrived quickly in great condition. We are beginners to record playing and this was a great place to start. Happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend.

Record player is faulty and they will not reply with return details, DO NOT BUTfrom these they are a scam ,£159 I spent wasted as I can get refund, they want me to waiver all my rights for refund and pay postage to return absolutely disgusting

Overall the machine is great and customer service has been great too. Just a little slow to reply occasionally, but that may be due to email traffic. A worthwhile starter player for vinyl enthusiasts.

Item arrived on time. Looks good for the price. Set up is uncomplicated and the product has been easy to use.

SCAM - DO NOT USE

I ordered a vinyl player and it's been stuck in customs for 6 weeks.

Since then, no communication.

I am contacting the Dutch police to lodge an official complaint.

I contacted customer service after deciding to return an Auryvox VT80 record player. It had been bought as a gift, but my son received a different turntable, so I no longer needed it. The team replied promptly, handled everything professionally, and arranged a quick, hassle-free refund. The whole process was smooth and easy. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

I had an issue with an Auryvox VT80 record player and had to email the customer services dept. The communication regarding this was excellent and I provided videos of the fault as requested. They responded very quickly and issued a no quibble refund. This was pleasing as they also didn’t need me to send back the unit for checking . I can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend.

AuryvoxUK - Bought a vintage record player that never arrived. The international tracker does not reveal where the parcel was delivered. No email from the company since. I think this is a fraudulent company. Ships from China. Very poor.

The turntable was marketed as “best in test”, but the product we received was very poor quality, some functions didn’t work and not as described.

When we tried to use our right of withdrawal, the company demanded that we return the item to China at our own cost and risk, which was never clearly stated before purchase. They also failed to provide a cancellation form and only responded with automated copy-paste replies.

Overall, this felt very misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this company ever.

I ordered a Auryvox Heritage VT-80 record player for my daughter's birthday. The packaging wasn't great and it arrived with a dent out of the corner, as if it had been dropped in transit. I plugged it in and switched it on but the turntable didn't turn - it just didn't work. I sent photos and videos to Auryvox as requested, and they offered to send me a replacement. I said that I wanted to return the record player and get a refund, since I was concerned the same thing might happen in transit again. Since then, they have stopped replying to my emails and I have no further info about how to get a refund. Also, they misleadingly use the Trustpilot stars on their website - giving the impression they have 1000+ 4/5 star reviews, which I don't think they do.
