Alipay redemption code website KXZ DOES NOT WORK. It does not let you redeem the code either in China or USA do not get scammed!!

They told me there was nothing they could do after making a ticket and sending pictures and a video of the failed redemption. They are selling a defective product and do not care to look into the issue.

Update 4: In their last response, they claimed: This gift card is region-locked and intended for use in China, so redemption is only possible when accessed from within that region. If the redemption link does not open, this is generally related to the IP address or network being used to access it." Which, again, completely ignores that I stated I am in China in almost every one of my previous reviews, and I even switched various China IPs via VPN to test whether my problem was being unable to visit the redemption site. Clearly, it is not my problem, and they are still pushing the problem onto innocent consumers.

Update 3: They are still pushing their problem onto consumers after repeatedly stating my concern. If you are reading this and really need this site's products, I strongly recommend other competitors that actually have a human support team instead of AI.

Update 2: From their latest response, you can clearly see that they still have not answered my main concern by dodging it just as before: " Our team has completed a full review of this case, and the investigation confirmed that the gift card provided was valid and functioned as intended. This aligns with the findings already shared with you through your support ticket." They keep claiming that their card is "valid" and never address the problem of being unable to visit the website for redemption, though following every single instruction they provided (honestly I highly doubted the entire "support" team is made from AI bots, it has been like a month, they have not provide a single solution, but making excusses that it is not their problem, and I don't even know how it is possible that they "confirm" their card is valid, since the website of redeemtion is down)

Updates 1: In their last review, they said: "Our team has completed a review of this case, and the findings were shared with you directly through your support ticket." I have never received any new comment or response, which means they refer to the last response. Still, they tries to escape from the problem of their code. Don't buy from them

I bought a $100 WeChat gift card code, but I couldn't access the redemption website because of technical issues. In addition, I followed every instruction the product provided, even within the region where they said the redemption would work: China. I submitted dozens of tickets and Trustpilot reviews, yet their average response time takes days, and they dodge the real issue. Look at this direct quote from their most recent response that I received 2 days after writing my last Trustpilot review: "We also acknowledge that you have stated you are currently in China and have tried accessing the redemption page using different Chinese IP addresses. However, the inability to access the external redemption page does not establish that the product or the gift card itself is invalid. Based on our investigation, we have not found any issue with the validity of the product that would prevent it from being redeemed as intended. Therefore, we are unable to approve a refund on the basis of the reported inability to access the redemption page." Not accounting to the fact that the whole thing is likely AI generated, and they did not show any prove of actual investigation, the context is nonsense, it is basically like: Hey, we sold you this key and gave you a lock to pair with it, but if the lock doesn't pair with the key, that's not our problem; it doesn't mean the key is wrong, even if you follow every single instruction for using the lock from us. Obviously, I am not claiming the voucher code itself has been proven invalid; the customer can not even reach the redemption webpage in the first place, and I am not the first person to have this issue. If you go back to the Trustpilot review, you will see other people having a similar issue with the product. Straight-up scam company; they will never care about what customers feel, but they care about the money they receive from them. I am not even asking for more than the original amount I spent; I'm asking for a full refund. As a heavy consumer of gift card products, I can comfortably say this company has the worst service possible among its competitors.

TLDR: Offgamers' support is basically trash; when it is their problem, they only know how to make excuses. They didn't provide a real solution, dodged the consumer's actual concern, and pushed the problem onto the consumer to avoid issuing a refund.

During the third purchase, some strange weekly limit popped up, as they wrote to me. The money was deducted from my card, no refund was made, and they said that the next purchase can only be made in a week. The money didn't hit the balance.

Bought a giftcard code wasnt sent to me beause website has issues 4 hrs . I am not able to recieve my refund . Pp as refused to give me my money because acording to the its no refund . Which I havent recieved anything. I paif money for a product I didnt recieved. Their ustomer service is terrible. All they do is go around in ciircles.

I bought a Roblox code on this website, but it turned out to be already activated! I contacted their support about this, and they asked me to check with Roblox support for the exact time the code was activated so they could issue a refund or replace the code. I contacted Roblox support and got the information I needed, then sent them proof that the code had been activated before I bought it, but you know what? They didn’t believe me and asked me to record a video showing the email from Roblox support, thinking I was trying to scam them somehow... I did that—I recorded a video and proved that the email was genuine. But do you think that was enough for them to admit they were wrong? No! A couple of days later, they sent me a report claiming that, according to their investigation, the code had actually been activated after the purchase... I looked at their data and spotted a discrepancy—a calculation error—and proved to them that this error existed and that, even according to their own data, the code had been activated before the purchase. Do you think they admitted fault? No! They simply ignored this fact and started asking me to write to Roblox support again—only to get the exact same response! It’s just crazy—these people simply can’t admit when they’re wrong! In the end, they never refunded me anything...

It was supposedly easy but the payment gateway is a pain has to go through a lot of tries for my card to be accepted. But as soon as it gets through sending of the gift card code was seamless

Order was held up for no apparent reason due to internal review, as per standard security check without prior notice. This led to a loss of lead time.

Once the items is out of stock, mark it like other sites that it's not available.

Scammers, don't buy anything from them. They will take your money not delivering what you paid. U can see those high ratings are bots, truth is they scam people for money and should be banned from doing such.
