Poor photography and customer service
The portrait of our daughter was really poorly done - more like a passport machine photo, so we decided not to order it. Instead we ordered the group photo but the ordering page showed exact same group photo in two places, so it was not clear that one of them were of all children separately. We received one they call composite but asked to change it. They insisted that we should cut our daughter's image in half but I couldn't make myself do that to her face. When they insisted, I asked for a refund but they refused. I am so disappointed with their lack of willingness to correct a mistake that was due to the order site not being clear. Cannot recommend them to any school or parent.

Bad customer service
My daughters pictures have been taken by odense skoephoto. We received the pictures without ordering them. (since it was agreed to have their pictures taken again, we received the first set of pictures after the second sets of pictures were taken)The shameful part is that they said send back the pictures ( pay for the post) or ripp off the pictures and send the pictures of ripped pictures to us. they dont even respect their own work. Really demotivated to have our pictures been taken here in future.

Total joke. Their 'professional' photographers use a green screen so badly its laughable. My sons photos were missing his torso because he was wearing green, they still took his photo and didn't even mention it, then they want hundereds of Kroner for joke photos of my invisible kid. Their website is terrible, they are massively overpriced,they have constant errors and delays. Just utter rubbish.
