My sister introduced me to your cozy cashmere wrap and I fell in love! I received my first order before my flight to Vegas and it was a God send. Warm but light and comforting. Perfect for those chilly restaurants and stores. My first wrap is the dark grey color which pairs perfectly with so many things but since my return I ordered the cream color also! I haven’t received it yet which would be the only negative of this review. I wish OVCIO would ship with UPS or FedEx, USPS is too slow and unreliable.

Definitely my go to for special gifts to my friends and family and of course to myself. A company that is a joy with which to deal and product of excellent quality. I have a little request, however, please make an autumn’s colourway scarf, perhaps Green, burnt orange and brown?

I love Ovcio products. I have purchased three times. One of my packages. my biggest order, got shipped to my old address. I had submitted a forwarding address to the post office, but the tracking number showed it had been delivered to my old address in a locked mailbox. I tried reaching out to the apartment managers, and to Ovcio. While Ovcio replied quickly, their initial response was just to tell me to try and find it myself, without indicating any other options. It wasn't until I mentioned that my packages with USPS usually have insurance that they acknowledged their own insurance, and said we could tak action later after we gave it a chance to be delivered. With such a large purchase, I don't understand why they would not let me know there were solutions. Fortunately, I received the package when the recipient returned it to the post office and it was appropriately forwarded to me. And of course, I love their products. First rate.

Thank you also for your great service. Both my orders came within 2 weeks. And you quickly changed the address when I notified you that I'd forgotten to change it when ordering my most recent order, and I received it at the correct address well within the two weeks.

Great product

This scarf is so simple but so elegant! Even the way it arrives, in a little storage pouch with a moth repellent disk. This scarf was just what I needed to look fabulous on a chilly summer evening!

The charcoal gray was exactly the color I anticipated.
It is a very beautiful scarf BIG so you can arrange it just as you like.
The scarf comes in an exclusive cardboard box. In the box is a delicate purse containing the scarf itself.
I can highly recommend this product.
