Keep sending scummy junk mail ads disguised as important mail, complete with a security pattern and a big exclamation mark in the middle. You'd think I owe them money or something, but nope, just an ad.

Smooth and elegant process towards a mortgage! Very well done

I just applied for a mortgage at Nordax after other banks said no to me, and I am really happy that I tried them! The people there were very quick to answer and professional all the time. Their communication was clear, so the whole process felt easy.
They gave me the approval when no one else did, which made me feel so much better and gave me the security I was looking for. The only downside is the interest rate is a bit higher than at some other places, but in my situation, it is totally worth it because of how reliable and helpful they are.
I strongly suggest Nordax to anyone who is in the same position—they really help more than you expect! 5 stars.

I was in contact with Julia , the loan administrator . She was well structured and guided me through the process . Kept me update for the next step and collected all the information ahead in a predicted approach so that things doesn't get delayed . I'm super happy with the service and would recommend Nordax to my peer.

Shocking that they are repeatedly sending post when you have never been a customer. I did not give my consent to this.

Even if you did purchase through whatever database you found, you should not require people to fill in their personal details such as personal number when they never shared these details with you in the first place. It should be a simple unsubscribe button with email+/address. Please update this, otherwise you are simply wasting paper, people's time and creating a negative word of mouth.

Stay away... hooking people on higher interest rates and then lower it 4x in one month. I am out!

A very nice experience with Nordex. Everything went well with them. They were very clear and responsive. Sara H helped us a lot with every single question we asked.
I'm super happy with my experience with Nordax.

Today and out of nowhere Nordax Bank (in Norway) sent us - by mail - marketing material to my wife for refinancing loans, even though my wife has never before applied for a loan or even taken a loan in Norway.

I don't quite get this kind of practices, moreover how the heck this bank found her address and her name to send out this material!!!

Samuel was very nice. He helped me with the mortgage. He was also able to meet up at the office for signing of the papers because it would take to long time for waiting with for postnord. Samuel is a very polite and handsome man and we are very happy with his service.

After 2 weeks of up & down situation, finally Michelle Fernberg helped us with our house loan! I am so grateful and thankful to her for everything that we have been through! It was just like a roller coaster, tears and insomnia are involved in my life these past two weeks 😣

Cannot recomment Nordax bank.
It takes way to long before savings are transferred to your bank account. Still waiting 4 working days and not yet received the payment.

I have great experience and only positive words for Nordax Bank.

I was the only one working in the family with unemployed wife and 2 kids and from all of the Banks in Sweden they were the one who gave me the highest mortgage and I was finally able to buy my own apartment. The rate is a bit higher but any way the total costs are lower then renting apartment in Stockholm.

Very Thankful to Christoffer Asplund, He has given lots of information and support for housing loan application. He helped through out the loan process. I feel Nordax is better bank to get smooth and confirmed housing loan. I recommend Nordax Bank if you are not getting loan elsewhere.
