Think twice
Delivery and help with the order, 2 years back, were all fine! Nothing there
And it can happen that materials don't have the right quality and break after 2 years (komposit terrace), it can also happen that there is a mistake in the product, fair enough. It can even happen that you try to take the warranty of a product, while you state on your website that all products have warranty according to the Danish law.
But that 's where customer service comes in. Helping your customer finding a solution in what ever way. And that's where Nettrælasten is just missing the point completely. Instead of offering the helping hand, they are rude and avoid all responsibility.
I hope that they will figure it out one day!
