Good domain name service
Have registered domains and used Namecheap for many years. They have some good deals. The dashboard and tools are a little tricky to navigate, but for the most part works well.

Terrible Hosting Experience
Very disappointing experience with Namecheap hosting. I had an SSL issue that affected all of my domains, and after more than 3 hours, support still couldn't resolve it.
They kept telling me “it will be fixed in 10 minutes,” but nothing changed. The responses also felt dismissive, as if my issue wasn't being taken seriously.
Really disappointed with both the hosting service and the support.
