Ordered 6 packets of seeds on 25 July 2026, they were never delivered. No tracking was provided as it was under $40 this was not made clear enough at time of ordering online. Contacted them by email they responded one week later not interested in resolving the missing delivery basically telling me I should have payed extra for tracking the parcel. They said they would pass my complaint to their despatch people but I never received any response. Called them on the phone they did not answer and I left a voice message. They never responded to my call or attempted any resolution to taking payment yet seeds were not delivered. Strongly do not recommend this company.

Bought dormant strawberry crowns .
Absolutely nothing has grown
Raspberry cane the same .
Shallots came mostly like dried up prunes .
I have had several emails from the company . Usually takes days for a response .
I have been assured that I will be refunded .
Photographs were sent of failed produce .
Seeds arrived

The packet might say 39 / 40 / 100
Clearly their counting machine had z fault as not only lie viability but roughly 1/2 the paid for products .
It’s time Mr F lifted the game to Australian standards .

Have used Mr Fothergill for several years with no complaints. Seeds always germinated well and good quality plants. Until now! I placed an order on 22nd April for some chillies and paid for them. To date 29th May said chillies have not been delivered nor any updates on their arrival. I have contacted Mr Fothergill several times to be told they would be dispatched shortly. Nothing has arrived and Mr Fothergill has had my money all this time!

bought a packet of flower seeds (Gazania sunshine mixed) and found that the inner foil packet contained no seeds. I contacted the company to complain and they very kindly fulfilled their guarantee and sent a replacement packet. the replacement was short also. 11 seeds rather than the 25 as stated on the packet. Being short changed by this company is a regular occurrence so beware and count your seeds..
