I ordered and it arrived 4 business days later than advised during the order process. Amazon gives you an estimated time of arrival almost by the minute. Poor communication too. Just bad and not for me. Dont order here if you need a reliable arrival.

I placed an order in early July after having had several positive experiences with the shirts (I always order them customized for my retreat participants).

Unfortunately, there was a printing error this time—these things happen—okay. So I sent the company an email, which unfortunately went unanswered. As a result, I ended up with 8 hoodies that were printed incorrectly and had to give them to my participants as is. It’s one thing for something to go wrong, but for there to be no follow-up support or the option of an exchange or something similar—that’s really bad. Too bad. Extremely disappointed! They refuse to offer any exchange or refund!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband, and their size guide was already different from most places. To be extra careful, I measured several of my husband’s T-shirts — all of them were 65 cm in length. Their page clearly stated that the XS is 65 cm, so I ordered that size. But when the shirt arrived, it was 2 cm shorter. My husband is a very precise guy, so I knew immediately he would think the T-shirt was too short.

When I contacted their customer service, all they said was “the T-shirt may vary by a few centimeters” and “there is no exchange or refund.”
So basically, they admit their sizing isn’t accurate, yet they still refuse to fix the issue.

I asked if they could offer compensation, and all they gave me was a £5 discount code for a future purchase. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — why would I buy from them again when I’ve already completely lost trust in the company?

It’s unbelievable how unwilling they are to take responsibility for a mistake that was clearly on their end. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing.

Beyond impressed. Not only by the quality of the product and embroidery, but also their customer service.

I ordered a customised embroidery men's tshirt. Initially they made a mistake, and did the embroidery on a women's shirt, instead of men (everything else, the colour, size and design was correct though). I immediately emailed them, informing them of the issue, and within a week they remade the shirt and sent me the correct order. I was preparing myself for at least some back and forth, but they fix the issue without any drama what so ever. Would definitely use them again for any custom embroidery!!

It been almost 3weeks been waiting I order size small which does not fit me very well , it more a teenager shirt size . I have email them a few times still waiting to reply back to me . I'm returning the items back . Now i contact my credit card company to get my money back (chargeback) i have proof of the order and proof of payment if your saying you don't have it in your system

They do everything right! Website is easy to use. Service is fast. Communications are fast and clear.

They went the extra mile to make a change I requested, even when it was past the deadline.

Could you please let me know, why you just sent an e-mail to confirm that the order will arrive on time and before fathersday, if the order doesnt arrive for fathers day………

I am really dissappointed. Now the kids doesnt have a present for their father, because the e-mail gave the confidence that the order arrived on time……… but it isn’t. I am never going to order again.

Received products that do not match the size and cut.
-First one was a XS for a woman and received the size of a 10 years old kid.
-Second one (same product) ordered a S and received a large adult oversize cut.

Of course they use the excuse that it is personnalized to not refund or replace it but the truth is that the products do not match any size so basically if you want to order from this site, just consider that you may have lost your money.
I will never order from it again.

I ordered two products on February 25th for an anniversary on March 9th. The tracking said delivery date was March 3rd, and then stayed unchanged for 10 days until I wrote an e-mail asking for updates. I was told that the products were "lost" and that the'd send them again. Delivery date marked as March 11th. They finally arrived on March 18th.

For a website based on products for family/relationships where many of the products are birthday/anniversary/holiday gifts, it would be a better idea to improve the shipping and delivery.

I bought my husband a sweet little gift when our first little daughter arrived. I got him an L t-shirt that says legendaddy as well as a grey sweater with the same legendaddy design.

I was a bit unsure which size to get for the sweater and measured one of his sweaters at home to the size description provided on the website and decided to get an M.

We both loved the t-shirt and sweater but after washing the sweater and using a very light dry setting in the drying machine, wearing it a few more times my husband confessed it was a bit too tight than he prefers.

So I wrote the Monsieur team and Pauline helped us out beyond what we could have asked for. Thank you for being so amazing and getting us the size we wanted and needed to be comfortable in this sweet gift! We are super grateful 🙏🏻

Wrong item sent and arrived late. I ordered a personalised cup of my family which arrived late with different names on. Only to be told I had ordered the names even though it wasn’t my family!? Avoid

I wish I could give 0 stars.
I found this store online when looking for a specific print for a Chistmas gift. I ordered, and payed, for the 3 items. After several days they email me that they can not deliver 2 of the otems, due to "sold out".
Ok, it can happen that stock are wrong.
They give me 2 options:
Give me a "voucher" with same amount, that expires this year
I get to choose 2 other, similar items.
So. I answer them that I go for "option 2" and give them the article number, colour, size, as they instructed.
Several days later I get an answer that they can not exchange the items, but that they can give me a voucher...
I reply that I am totally unintetested in a "voucher" and want a refund for the 2 items they can not deliver, through PayPal (that I payed my order with). Also I pointed out that I need them to send the item I ordered, and payed for, that they do have in stock.
Day after I get a reply and a refund to my PayPal.
I check the "tracking" link that they sent me, leeding to a french postal site, in french only....
I have checked it several times since they booked it, almost 4 weeks ago, and it still says "waiting to leave the senders country".
It is not stuck in customs (I live in Sweden, another EU country).
I have no idea were it is.
Answers on my emails to monsieur t-shirt is only "be patient".
So. 3 days until Christmas.
4 weeks since order (26th nov).
And no delivery...
I am going to demand a refund through PayPal.
I am never again goding to order from monsieur t-shirt again. I have never gotten such poor customerservice ever, and I order online quite a lot.
I would recommend all others to take their business elsewere!

This stor has some quality items for a good price! The customization products are great! I had some troubles with my product but the support team was great and fixed it super quickly!

I had a very positive experience with Monsieur t-shirt: pro-active and friendly customer service, nice quality and easy to order. I will consider ordering again.
