Great for scam messages about fake jobs.
Great if you want to consistently receive scam messages for fake jobs. The fact that there is no visible way to report them to Monster staff makes me think they don't really care if their users get scammed. You can block them, but how does that help the next guy who may or may not realize it's a scam? For context, I don't get these kinds of messages on Dice, Indeed, or LinkedIn (though LinkedIn gets messages from "recruiters" in India who want me to believe they were contracted by local companies to hire someone.)
