The book shelf was very well packaged
The book shelf was very well packaged, but unfortunately the item was poorly finish. There where machining marks on the timber and the paint was cracked on the joints. Overall a nice unit and the items placed on it hide the poor finish.

I would avoid this company at all…
I would avoid this company at all costs. While the furniture looks lovely on the website, the quality and, more importantly, the accuracy of the deliveries have been extremely disappointing.
My first order arrived in the wrong colour, and the drawer runners were poor quality. It took Melody Maison a week to arrange a replacement with the correct colour. Unfortunately, when the second delivery arrived, one of the drawers was still the wrong colour.
I informed Melody Maison immediately and was told they were making enquiries with the warehouse manager. Since then, I have received no further updates. I have now requested either a full refund or for the correct item to be delivered for the third time.
I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Nearly two weeks later, I’m still £330 out of pocket and don’t have a complete set of bedroom furniture. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Beautiful copper hammered metal plant pot. A reasonable price as well. Just what I was looking for as a 7th wedding anniversary present.
It arrived promptly and was packaged well and then in a sturdy box. I will buy from this company again. Thank you.

I did get someone to build it as I was too worried about damaging it. I love it so much I have ordered more. I think this is excellent value.

The rating provided above relates to the delivery process which was on time with adequate notification of delivery date. Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the look and condition of the goods because these items were purchased for my home in Barbados, so the ensure that the items remain securely packaged for shipment, I did not open the packages.
If required, I am happy to ptovide follow-up feedback from Barbados at a later date.

I ordered a lovely mirror from this website August last year. I still absolutely love my mirror and the quality is great. I ordered one and when it was delivered, I realiaed it was a bit too small for the space I wanted it for. I ordered the other size and started a return for the other mirror. When my new mirror was delivered they collected the old one. Great service from this company and I would really recommend.

The mirror i received was not like the…
The mirror i received was not like the pictures on the website the wood was very pink! Now since returning and being given no tracking details I am chasing my £116 refund. This whole process has taken nearly 4 weeks since ordering which is ridiculous.
