Purchase not covered by pet insurance - Medpets refused to enter pet details on the invoice
I asked Medpets to enter the details of my pet on the invoice, as the cat inhaler was bought based on my vet recommendation which was also sent to Medpets. This was necessary for the insurance to accept and cover the expense for the inhaler. Medpets refused to do it, without any explanation, they only said we are not doing it. Apparently, it is all about money...
