I travelled from Sydney to Bangkok for a mummy makeover, including a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation. I am currently 12 days post-op and couldn't be happier with my experience.

From the very beginning, the Medi Makeovers team, Dr. Teeraprat, and his nursing staff have been absolutely amazing. I had the same nurse throughout my surgery and post-operative care, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Dr. Teeraprat was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from my very first consultation. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or uncertain about any part of my surgery.

The nursing team was exceptional. Despite the language barrier at times, it never affected the quality of care I received. Every nurse was incredibly caring, attentive, and compassionate, always making sure I was comfortable and recovering well.

The accommodation was fantastic, and the Thai hospitality was second to none. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. The hotel's location was perfect, with Terminal 21 shopping centre attached, making it easy to enjoy a little shopping once I was able to walk more comfortably.

A special thank you to Christine, who was always just a phone call or message away. From the moment I landed in Bangkok until now, her support has been outstanding. She was always available to answer my questions, offer reassurance, and simply be there whenever I needed someone. Having that level of support throughout the entire journey made such a difference.
Looking back, every bit of stress, worry, and excitement leading up to surgery was completely worth it. I am already so happy with my results, and I can't wait to see the final outcome as I continue to heal.

My surgical experience with Medi Makeovers was the first time I underwent surgery unrelated to a condition that needed fixing - previously hernia, shoulder cuff repair and cataract/new lens. The psychological aspect to surgery that attends to how you 'feel' about yourself cannot be underestimated nor ignored. Ive had a good experience with Medi Makeovers. Everything was very organised for me from the moment I arrived and I didn't have to think about a thing, making the whole process less stressful. All transport and appointments were coordinated smoothly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS – AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH MEDI MAKEOVERS & DR TEERAPAT

Approaching my 59th birthday and after losing 36kg, I spent years researching both cosmetic surgery and medical tourism before choosing Medi Makeovers and Dr Teerapat in Bangkok. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

My procedures included a Rhinoplasty, Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, Endoscopic Brow Lift, and Extended Breast Lift with 270cc implants.

From the beginning, Dani and the Medi Makeovers team were outstanding. Every detail was organised for me, including transfers, appointments, accommodation, hospital visits, follow-up care, and ongoing support. Their knowledge, experience, and communication made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.

Dr Teerapat is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. He listened carefully to my goals, provided honest recommendations, and focused on achieving natural-looking results. The Endoscopic Brow Lift was his recommendation, and I’m so pleased I trusted his judgement.

Although I am still early in my recovery, I am already thrilled with my results. My neck contour is beautiful, my nose is straighter and more refined, and for the first time in many years I can comfortably breathe through both nostrils. My breast lift and implants have restored the fullness and shape I was hoping for while still looking natural and proportionate.

The quality of Dr Teerapat’s suturing deserves special mention. My facelift incisions around the ears are incredibly precise, the hairline incision is virtually invisible, and my hairline has remained completely unchanged. My breast lift incisions are equally neat and beautifully placed.

The nursing care was exceptional. Every nurse was kind, gentle, attentive, and professional. Despite occasional use of Google Translate, communication was easy. In fact, I often used it simply to compliment the nurses or explain to the lovely food service gentleman that I genuinely loved the meals, I just couldn’t eat them all while recovering!

The hospital was modern, spotless, and exceeded my expectations. My recovery accommodation at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 was perfect—comfortable rooms, excellent service, beautiful city views, and direct access to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and everything I needed during recovery.

One of the reasons I chose Bangkok was the significant cost saving. Based on my research, having the same combination of procedures performed in Australia would quite possibly have cost two to three times as much. However, the savings were only part of the decision. I also wanted an experienced surgeon, hospital-based care due to my SVT, comprehensive aftercare, and a team I could trust.

The professionalism, organisation, kindness, surgical skill, and support I received throughout this journey were outstanding.

If you are considering medical tourism, I highly recommend MediMakovers! I travelled to Thailand for 2 procedures and was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that the team have provided. From the pre-travel care, through my time in Thailand recovering and now ongoing care over the next 12 months, I have felt supported throughout this whole journey. My consultant, Christine, has been absolutely amazing and I am so grateful to her for her care and support. Dr Teerapat and his team of nurses were absolutely wonderful, so kind, gentle, highly skilled and attentive. I am 72 and recently had a full deep plane face lift, temporal lift, neck lift and upper blepharoplasty. It was a little more complex as it was a revision of a previous lift performed 18 years ago in Australia. Given my age, safety and skill were my absolute prerequisites. Dr Teerapat is an extremely skilled and talented surgeon. who is a natural aesthete. He can see what needs doing and doesn't overdo things. He also speaks good English as he has worked in the US. He elected to perform my surgery at Praram 9 Hospital which is a very large private hospital equivalent to the best private hospitals in Australia but perhaps with more staff. The hygiene standards were beyond excellent. Given my age, my 2 night hospital stay was overseen by an experienced physician/cardiologist similar to the Australian model for older sugical patients. The nurses were very kind and thoughtful and their limited English can be overcome easily using Google Translate. Dr Teerapat was meticulous with his aftercare. Great attention to detail was shown by Medi Makeovers that resulted in a wonderfully seamless expreience with enormous thanks to Christine my client manager. I have no hesitation in giving this company my highest recommendation.

I have recently had an excellent experience with Dr Teerapat and Medi Makeovers, I had the full mummy make over and my arm lift done. Although my breast reduction had a few minor complications which are very rare DR Teerapat and Dani was amazing, supported and dealt with it quickly and very efficiently. I decided after doing some research to go to medimakeovers for a deep plane facelift and neck lift. I’m five weeks post op and really happy with the result. I’ve still got a bit of swelling and numbness but that’s absolutely normal. Dr Teerapat is so nice, speaks perfect English and his stitching is so good! You can hardly see some of the scars already. The care you get from medimakeovers is really good, Chris my point of contact always kept in touch. From advising what to bring with me to Thailand to advising me when I was getting picked up from the hotel to go the clinic for check ups. All the worry was taken out of all the arrangements. From the minute you get picked up from the airport to the minute you’re dropped off for your return flight everything is taken care of. The hotel was amazing, for the time I was there I was advised not to go outside into the heat and humidity but because the hotel is joined onto the huge mall it meant when you felt up to it you can go there for a walk and something to eat. Since coming home I’ve had two emails asking for up to date photos so they can monitor my progress and I can voice any voice any concerns i might have. I would definitely recommend medimakeovers and Dr Teerapat for any surgery. I don’t think you would get better care anywhere else.

From the very beginning, my Client Manager Chris organised everything for me. The whole process was seamless, including airport pickup, hotel accommodation, Zoom consultation with the doctor, hospital arrangements, and all transfers. It made the experience stress-free, especially travelling overseas for surgery.
Hotel Experience
My husband and I stayed in a beautiful five-star hotel with breakfast included. The location was perfect — with Terminal 21 right downstairs and direct access to the MRT station. This made everything incredibly convenient, especially while recovering.
There were so many things for my husband to do while I rested — gym, sauna, pool, shopping — and everything we needed was just a short 5-minute walk away, including food, massages, and even hair services. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the overall service was excellent.
Surgery & Care
The surgery itself went very well. I experienced minimal pain on the first day and almost none afterwards, which really surprised me.
I chose Dr. Teerapat because of his strong reputation and his stitching technique. He performs a high volume of surgeries and the results are excellent — my healing so far has been very good.
Chris has been incredibly supportive and available 24/7, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the journey.
The nursing staff were kind and attentive. Although English isn’t their first language, they always made sure I was comfortable and well looked after.
Recovery & Follow-Up
I am now back home recovering well. Chris is still in contact and very supportive, and Medi Makeovers continues to follow up on my recovery for up to 12 months.

I wanted a face rejuvenation was worried but determined and found it was easy to do and everything: the doctor, hospital, nurses, procedure were top quality so no worries except getting through the post op discomfort for a while and that is worth it to get great results. I travelled with MediMakeovers for surgery with Dr Terrapat . I was provided very clear emails and phone calls regarding what to bring, pre surgery and post surgery requirements, hotel and transport information. I was nervous but followed the instructions of where to collect my baggage and where my driver would meet me. It was very easy. The hotel was very well equipped and the staff were very friendly. They breakfast was amazing with lots of different food options. They staff get to know you and would remember how I liked my delicious omelette each morning 😄.
I do recommend bringing a travel companion if possible as the first few days can be hard emotionally.
