Awesome transactions and delivery as always

I wanted to buy 4 Apple Watches from the Wien Mitte store. I was told only 2 were available, so the salesperson checked his system and sent me to Donau Zentrum, where he said more than 4 were available.

So, with my family, in the hot weather, we travelled to Donau Zentrum. Guess what? They didn't have the watches. The salesperson checked his system and said they were available at Wien Mitte.

So we travelled all the way back. And suddenly, they found the watches at Wien Mitte. 😂

At that point, I was already exhausted, but I decided to buy 3 watches. The fourth one had an opened seal, so I refused it.

Then came the second issue: I was told I had to buy Device Care in order to complete the purchase. I specifically asked for it to be removed, but the salesperson said the checkout could not proceed without it.

I find this extremely concerning. A customer should be able to purchase a product without being pressured into an additional subscription/insurance that they don't want.

I've since contacted them to cancel the Device Care plan.

Overall, a very frustrating experience: incorrect stock information, unnecessary travelling between stores, and then being told an additional service was mandatory.

After all that running around in the heat with my family, I definitely didn't expect to finish the day thinking, "Well, that was fun." 😅

I hope the company looks into what happened, especially the way Device Care was presented as mandatory.

The employees were super friendly,if they didn't told me about the "Kunde Karte" i would've paid 100 euro more on my phone, because the "Kunde Karte" gave me a discount of 100 euro,I highly recommend Mediamarkt,i think it's the best electronic store in Vienna

It was really good and the price was fair

Sales people, IF you can find one, show no interest at all in helping customers. After 45 minutes of trying to buy an iphone, we gave up and went to Apple. While waiting and searching we encountered two other customers who also gave up. Hard to imagine how much business this shop loses.

Absolute disaster costumer services. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

I needed an expensive Canon camera by a certain date and I ordered from Mediamarkt just to save €50 over our local camera shop and to not have to cross town in summer heat to purchase Their system pressured me into ordering by 5 PM for next day delivery. 2 days have passed and not even a shipment created email came. It's just a reminder, BUY LOCAL.

Good quality and performance, but prices should be a little lower.

I ordered a portable air conditioner from MediaMarkt because the website promised next-day delivery if I ordered within the specified time. Instead, the AC arrived four days late, after the worst of the heat wave. To make matters worse, the window sealing kit I ordered together with it still hasn't been delivered, making it impossible to use the AC properly.
Customer service completely ignored the actual issue and only replied with a generic message confirming that the package had eventually been delivered. They never addressed the missed delivery promise, the missing accessory, or offered any apology or compensation.
Very disappointing experience. I expected much better service from a company like MediaMarkt.

I temporarelly live in vilage, I was not sure how make a delivery. So I order my hadsets to closest shop, and took it next day. I few time use this option, very comfortable

As long that it would take a minute to choose and buy that would be enough to buy in Mediamarkt...also just do not hire UNFRIENDLY WORKER and WHO does NOT GREET CUSTOMERS and also working man that ONLY CHOOSE WOMAN CUSTOMERS!
