Very Disappointing Experience with 360training
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with 360training. The amount of time given to complete the course is not reasonable, especially for people who have work and other responsibilities.
What is even more frustrating is that after already paying by the course, the system expects you to pay again for the exact same course simply because the access period expired. There should be a reasonable option to extend access or continue where you left off without having to purchase the entire course again.
I understand that courses may have expiration dates, but charging customers the full price again for a course they have already paid for and completed is extremely frustrating and feels unfair.
I would strongly recommend that 360training reconsider this policy and provide customers with a more reasonable extension or renewal option.

Customer service is pitiful, if you need help your e-mail can go unanswered for days, can NOT talk to live person and the chat is down every time. I wont be using them again.

They do not send out the first card…
They do not send out the first card upon completion of course. Then they try saying it was shipped out so you can pay $90 for a replacement card. Not good business at all. It happened with my osha 10 and osha 30 cards
