We have had a Winsol SO! pergola for two years. While the pergola itself looks stylish and modern, unfortunately, our experience with Winsol’s customer service has been very disappointing.

We have contacted customer service several times with a specific question regarding the proper cleaning and maintenance of our pergola. Despite multiple enquiries submitted through the contact portal, we have never received a response. This gives us the impression that Winsol has little interest in providing meaningful after-sales service to its customers.

We also experienced problems early on with screens that were not manufactured correctly. The screens had to be replaced several times by our specialist dealer before the issue was resolved.

Overall, although we like the design of the pergola, the lack of customer support and the issues we experienced with the screens have significantly affected our confidence in the product and the company. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose a Winsol pergola again.

A real shame, because the product has great potential.

I regret purchasing the Winsol pergola from Jardin de Ville in Montreal, Canada. For a product positioned as high-end, the reliability has been extremely disappointing. It seems like something is always breaking down, and I’ve had to call in a technician far more often than I ever expected for something at this price point.

Instead of being a feature I enjoy, it’s become an ongoing source of frustration and inconvenience. Between the repeated issues and the time spent coordinating repairs, it simply hasn’t delivered the quality or peace of mind you’d expect from a premium outdoor product.

I would absolutely not recommend this pergola.

1 Star – No Service, No Warranty, No Responsibility

I purchased Winsol SolarFix 90 screens in 2023 through their certified dealer Kruk & Nowak. Since then, multiple units have failed: some no longer move, one screen has been fully closed for over a year, several get stuck, and one fabric is damaged. In winter, additional screens stop working entirely.

Despite countless documented emails since 2023, not a single inspection, repair, or technical check has ever taken place.

Winsol blocks all direct contact and redirects everything to the dealer. The dealer does not respond or refuses any warranty service. The result: darkened rooms, defective products, and zero support.

Absolutely not recommended!!!!

An absolute disgrace of a company. Lied to me during the contract phase and now ignoring all efforts I am making to find a solution. Refusing to return calls to correct things they have broken and despite many many amicable efforts in making to try and find a solution. Disgusting people. If I can convince one person not to use this awful company then perhaps I'll get some satisfaction.
