They sent damaged shoes, and I couldn't get a refund. I lost $134. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased an Osprey Talon 11 backpack in 2023 for my partner. At this time Osprey had discontinued the use of PFAS on their products late 2022 which is why I purchased the backpack. Fast forward to today and I discovered the bag was manufactured in 2020. Meaning it contains PFAS. Which is appalling. I reached out to Wildfire Sports on the weekend via phone and they said the matter would be resolved with either a refund or a replacement, but I needed to send them an email to get the ball rolling. So I sent the email, but the email they sent back was disgraceful and disgusting. They said tough luck - that I should have known it had PFAS based on the model number that appeared on the website at the time of the purchase. Really??!! What a gutless bunch of people. They not only failed to identify at the time the product contained PFAS, but that they were unloading old stock. I hope they rot in hell..

Glad I purchased my first barefoot sandals from them. I’m Australian size 8. The site’s size guide suggested US size 9 so ordered size 9. Was a bit uncertain but couldn’t be happier once I received it. Its comfortable fits perfectly.

Sandals come with a little heel cup to keep out debris which is smart.

They even offer 90 days return/ exchange with paper template soles to get the accurate measurements which is very convenient.

Fantastic postage time too. Ordered on Friday. Shipped on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Amazing!!

I ordered some wrestling shoes to be delivered to Hamilton, New Zealand. I was thrilled with the options available especially compared to more specialised combat-type shops. I left a review previously as the company did not have good customer service they have since more than corrected this. Communication was good (after initial issue) and they paid for return freight of product and gave full refund as well as sending me the product I was after when came into stock. Would definitely purchase from again

Love their selection of barefoot / minimal shoes for great prices. I had some shipping delays due to Covid-19, but they shipped the order super fast (1 day). Also really like their easy exchange policy for Aussies and Kiwis, gives great trust for trying a new shoe brand with different fit. Will buy here again
