Hello. Good product, (immersive saw) , good blades, good communication .
Just a point: open to other languages, not everyone can communicate in German and use google translation is not so comfortable.
I’m in Italy, I can communicate in English with some effort, but German is not easy for me
Had to deal with a very condescending staff member who stated that people from the UK kept ordering the wrong item so they stopped allowing us to buy the item. Then is adamant that I either call or provide my card details over email to complete purchase which seems dodgy AF.
I own a Ferrex drill which has a 3 year warranty, it stopped working properly and I contacted the warranty number I spoke with a Michael Dunn who informed me no receipt no warranty, despite me having the warranty which is still in date and it doesn't say you must keep the receipt for nearly 3 years, Michael wouldn't let me consult a manager or speak to anyone else, he said he was it
I'm very annoyed about this it is not reasonable to have keep a receipt for a drill for this length of time
Ordering process was very simple and straight forward.
However, as a non-German customer, I missed shipping details and track and trace number, which made it very difficult to estimate when the shipment would arrive at my home. Knowing when the shipment is expected to arrive makes it easier for me to make sure somebody is at home to collect the package.
I bought a router from ALDI two years ago and the motor burnt out when using it the other day. I hadn't realised that the product came with a 3-Year Warranty, so I contacted Walteronline to see what could be done. Within a couple of hours I was told a replacement was on its way. Fanstastic service. It pays to keep receipts and packaging!

2 LED floodlights have failed within months of purchase. Walteronline will not honour a warranty without till receipt even though the product was within the 3 year warranty (date is printed on the warranty card).
