Haven’t received my order

Haven’t received my order yet. Good thing I read all the reviews before so I only ordered the sample. Website seems more like a scam, since no updates are given after taking your order

Usually on time

There was a delay in the delivery. The cost of the fee was deducted from my invoice. I appreciated that.

Exactly what I ordered.

Lovely wallpaper, exactly what I ordered. Very good quality.

There was quite a delay in shipping the order, but good communication from the company explained an unusual situation, and the small refund as compensation was a nice gesture.

Wallpaper Order…

Overall a good experience especially with delivery and notifications.
The only issue was on ordering online, I was unsure if this had occurred as the email went to spam! I was able to retrieve it . It took a couple of weeks before I heard that the item had been sent.
The item was packaged well, no damage and the wallpaper is beautiful! Thank you.
