The reservation process over the phone is quite smooth. The attendant is knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, there's no loyalty program for regular customers. Therefore, you can safely bypass the website and book your trip directly with the travel agency.

I am completely lost for words and disappointed to say the least . I booked a trip to Fuerteventura for 4 people from Katowice on the 19/12. We paid a total of 12,800zł and everything was okay until someone called afew hours (21/12)before our flight and said that the hotel did not confirm our reservation and we need pay 8,000zł more for them to accept our reservation. 8,000zł more????! This is not 20zł! This is unprofessional behaviour, deception, swindling and fraud. Wakacje.pl hotline was of no help, they suggested that we pay the additional 8,000zł because the cheapest trip to Canary Islands at this point is around 20,000zł for 4people. What!!? I have travelled with Wakacje.pl a few times before, hence I trusted the company. Now, we had to drive back to Wroclaw from Katowice because they didn’t reserve any hotel for us just flights. I called the hotel in Fuerteventura and they said they don’t have our details, we are really disappointed we thought we would spend our Christmas time there. We are left with no trip and no money at the moment. I hope people learn from our situation

My travel has been canceled for no reason and without explanation. Well, there was an explanation: the tickets of the plane became more expensive so the company wakacje.pl decided to cancel my trip. What is the point of being an holidays agency if the moment the tickets of planes become more expensive you cancel reservations. I booked the trip at a certain amount of money because that's what was satisfying my needs and within budget. all of a sudden, the company canceled the reservation and issued a refund. Now I find myself in a situation with no trip booked, high prices season and no availability from other hotels because everything is booked already.
No one even tried to apologize.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wakacje.pl, and I want to warn others about their shady practices and lack of professionalism.

I booked a trip to Egypt (March 14–22) but had to cancel for personal reasons. Thankfully, I had only paid the deposit of 2,063.25 zł (out of a total cost of 8,253 zł). However, when I contacted their support team to request a refund, I was informed that I would only get 825.30 zł back. Why? Because they deduct 15% of the total trip cost (8,253 zł × 15% = 1,237.95 zł) as a cancellation fee – even though I hadn’t paid the full amount!

The agreement I signed has a clause ('IV. Rezygnacja z udziału w Imprezie') that states:
*"In the event of a customer cancellation or termination of the contract for reasons not attributable to the organizer, the organizer is entitled to deduct a handling fee calculated based on the trip price and the number of days before departure as per the following schedule:

in case of cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date – 15% of the price of the Event."*

When I canceled, there were still 57 days left before my trip, which means the 15% cancellation fee should not even apply! Nowhere in the agreement does it state otherwise, and their attempt to charge me this fee is completely baseless and illegal.

To make matters worse, the support team was unhelpful and indifferent. They kept copying and pasting the same generic response about the 15% fee, completely ignoring the fact that it doesn’t apply to my case. It’s clear they just don’t care. I dealt with Sandra Siurnicka, Sebastian Sztybor, Wiktoria Jakielska, and Anna Siczek – all of whom were dismissive and unprofessional.

It’s all fine with Wakacje.pl until you have a problem. Then you’ll see how little they care about their customers and how they don’t even follow their own terms and conditions. If it weren’t so costly, I’d love to see them in court over this.

If you’re considering booking with Wakacje.pl, think twice. Their refund policies are unfair, their customer service is abysmal, and they operate in a way that seems outright fraudulent. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

I booked a holiday that they had available on the website. After paying, they contacted me saying that the hotel is no longer available!!

I waited for the refund of money for several days - however, I was refunded approx. €100 / PLN 430 less - due to banking costs. So they made a mistake and I have to pay for it?

I bought some travel package. Made full payment. Then i was calling to them and they told that my order doesn't exist! And from call-center i received answer that somebody will contact me! But no one did! For a week i wait my money and they just make me more angry when ignore me. In call center they put phone down or say that will call later, but no one called me during a week!
Also they try to delete all bad reviews like from ceneo, they received so many bad reviews that wakacje pl decided to run away from site which didn't delete reviews about they scam.
Be aware of this scammers, save your money.
