I purchased the Matching Hearts Bracelets for myself and my daughters for our wedding. The order was delivered on May 21, but because they were specifically intended for the wedding, the bracelets were not given to my daughters or worn until July 16.

Within only a few days of actual use, several bracelets came loose. One bracelet was lost completely and another already needs to be repaired. They were worn carefully, so this was extremely disappointing, especially because the bracelets had significant emotional value to us.

I contacted Worthy Always and clearly explained that the problem occurred within days of the bracelets first being worn. However, they refused to offer any replacement, repair, refund or other solution solely because their 30-day policy had expired from the delivery date.

This was not a change-of-mind return. It was a quality issue that became apparent almost immediately after first use. A meaningful product like this should last longer than a few days, and I expected much better after-sales service.

Unfortunately, based on both the quality of the bracelets and the way my complaint was handled, I cannot recommend this company.

Do not order from this company!!! I wish I read the reviews. These are scam artists. I ordered the sensory toys which were not shipped in time for my daughter’s birthday. It well exceeded their l guidelines so I tried to cancel it before it was shipped. They refused to cancel and refunded since my order. They then refused to provide me with the return details and tried to negotiate a discount for my next purchase. By the time I received the return details the return timeframe was exceeded. I’m hoping my bank can help resolve and this company has been reported to the trading authorities.

I ordered the mother daughter bracelets. I felt they both were cute in design and what I expected. My mother heart one broke the fourth time I wore it. Disappointing. By reading the reviews, this may be a lost cause trying to fix it.

I ordered the mother/daughter bracelets. One bracelet immediately broke on arrival and they were also not as advertised. They did NOT have an adjustable claps as shown online. I requested a refund and they said I had to pay to return the items as they were not considered incorrect since they are their current production line. After multiple emails back and forth they have acknowledged the images and description on the website doesn't match their actual product, but have not done anything to remedy this and still refuse to refund me. Terrible customer service experience, and the bracelet was poor quality. I do not recommend purchasing from them!!!

Awful company, I regret ever buying anything from them. The pakkage was damaged and the wrong product was delivered. The costumer service was no help, rude, and refused to give me my money back. Absolutely awful people.

1 star too many. I ordered matching heart bracelets for my mother and siblings. The bracelets that arrived were of cheap flimsy quality and featured a different style clasp to that advertised. The company refused to acknowledge this stating the bracelets received were of the new ‘updated’ design and if I wanted a refund I would have to cover return shipping. After much stalling and attempts to avoid the refund I was finally provided with refund instructions and reluctantly paid the return shipping in hopes of getting a refund. The company then delayed receipt of the returned products into their warehouse and upon finally stating I was entitled to a refund stated I would have my refund within 3-5 business days. It has now been nearly 2 months since I returned the items and 10 business days since a refund was approved and still no refund. The company continues to stall and delay with their customer service representative communicating with generic responses and zero accountability. This is an absolute scam of a company, do not purchase from them.

Ordered the mother/daughter set with 2 of the daughter heart bracelets. Took ages to arrive but turned up just in time before my daughters went off travelling.Looked nothing like the online images, very cheap looking and obviously poor quality. The chain broke on the mother and on one of the daughter bracelets within the first 48hrs of wearing them. Absolutely useless. Avoid.

Ordered 2 sister rings. My order kept telling me tried to deliver to home address...but nothing had arrived.
Spoke to Marlon A....who chased up shipment and delivery order and reorder me a replacement for items.
5 days later my replacement order come through, beautiful rings.
Great customer service , thank you Marlon, for all your help .

The ring was of poor quality and sizing was not what was stated (far larger than the indicated size)

Upon attempting to exchange the ring for a suitable size I was met with a barrage of generic emails offering 10%, 15%, 20% etc refund or diavounts if I ordered more.

I am infuriated to say the least and have now requesested a full refund instead of exchange but my hopes are not high.

Please beware of this scam company.

The the mother daughter bracelet is nothing like the picture. It is cheap and has a clasp. I wish I had read review here before buying.
They need to be reported for false advertising.

Ordered 5 bracelets, was not expecting much given the price. But several friends were going through a hard time and I liked the sentiment.
RECEIVED 2 bracelets and no response when I emailed to complain. Quality of the 2 were cheap but I would have been OK with that if I had received what I paid for.
SHOCKING LACK of customer service or acknowledgement of any issue raised...

I tried to cancel my order on the same day I purchased it but was told I had to wait until it was delivered and then return it. I followed their process and returned the package unopened at my own expense.

It has now been 5–6 weeks since they received the return and I still have not received my refund. I’ve been repeatedly told the refund would be processed within 2–3 business days, but that has never happened. Communication has been disappointing and I’ve had to continue following up with no resolution. Very frustrating experience. DO NOT purchase from this company..

Absolutely not what was pictured. Very disappointed. My first bracelet came broken and Marlon thankfully organised a replacement quickly to be delivered however the product is still not of great quality and not the same as the picture.

I ordered two bracelets for my son. I thought the affirming messages would give him a boost during a tough time. But the cheap junk that arrived...and broke on the first time of wearing had exactly the opposite effect. Total scam.

I purchased 3 pairs of lobe lifters. The holes on them are not drilled enough for the posts of my earrings and consequently I broke one such post in trying to put the backer on

I wrote to Worthy Always and complained, and I was ignored.

Why am I not surprised with a name like that? Oh the irony!

I requested cancellation only a few hours after placing my order and followed up again the next day. Instead of addressing the cancellation request, the company replied directly within the cancellation email thread simply stating that the order had shipped.

I was then informed that any return would require international shipping to Australia at my own expense. While the return policy mentions that customers pay return shipping, it does not clearly disclose that returns are international.

The issue is not the policy itself, but the way it was handled. A timely cancellation request was ignored, the order was shipped anyway, and no reasonable solution was offered afterward.

What concerned me most was that the company replied directly to my cancellation email with a tracking number while completely failing to address the cancellation request itself. This left me with the impression that my request was never genuinely reviewed.

I also later found the same item being sold elsewhere for a fraction of the price I paid.

Buyers should carefully review the return policy, understand the return logistics, and compare prices before purchasing.

We ordered three bracelets, one for me (mom) and one for each daughter. The shipping took a bit to get to me but honestly it wasn’t bad. We received the product and they were in cute boxes! My daughter put hers on and the extra chain literally fell off. I immediately messaged their customer service and the response was kind and helpful. They addressed the issue and had a resolution right away and sent me a new replacement bracelet. The bracelets are solid, except for that one mishap, but we love them! Thank you!

I would not use this site the sister ring have a massive gap in the they say adjustable but that mean u have a massive gap that cuts in to your skin after constant emails saying that would give me a partial refund as cost the same as I paid to return because they do not cover return postage cost they offered a partial refund which they then said I was not able to have due to being outside the coverage period even tho I had only received the item 9days ago and on the website it say 30day guarantee the item come from china and they want it returning to austrail but the website says los angles so i fee this website it a massive red flag for scam

Zero stars - Avoid avoid avoid. What went right? NOTHING! I received 3 bracelets, none of them with the correct slider clasp as ordered, and even today on 30th of May they are still selling the one that is not available. They are also poorly made - poor quality and one was broken. I have tried to send them all back at their expense, with evidence of broken bracelet, or get a refund but at this time, they will not refund stating that the slider is not available and only this one is - yet they are still selling it on their website. This is deceitful and i wish i had read these reviews as many have had the same poor service and experience. Paypal dispute can take care of this. Do not purchase, they are a scam.
