Good furniture, I bought several pieces and everything was packed very well. The quality of the furniture is great, if you anyone has seen such "Vollholz" or "Massivholz" furniture in either a store or a showroom this is what you get. I was a little afraid because there are some cheaper versions online, which use thinner wood and sort of mask it on the side. I am happy to report that that is not the case. I bought a desk cubus the side legs are 3.2cm thick, while the main board is 2.7cm with a side furnishing which is again 3.2cm. This 0.5cm is used to hide the screws and cross pieces which hold the main board together. The couch table I got (again Cubus) is all the way around 2.5cm thick. It looks great and is what you would expect. Here I can leverage a small critique that I would expect to be able to flip the table and choose which side is the top one (if you see a photo you will get what I mean). The problem is that the finish on the "bottom" side is not as nice as the one on the "top" side even if I find the grain there more interesting. It is not that the finish is scratched, but rather when you look at it at an angle in the light you can see where it has been sitting in the box. I am not sure if it is just my table, but at the end of the day it is a really minor thing. I also ordered some wine rack things again from the Cubus line, every wood panel there is 1.5cm thick, which is perfectly fine because they are a smaller piece of furniture. Finally I ordered a Bar cabinet Mosaico which is gorgeous. It is well made and looks very elegant. The "mosaic" pattern is both at the front doors and the back. The top "table" has a thickness of 2.7cm, while the inner parts (separators, shelves etc.) vary slightly in thickness but are around 1.5cm except for the bottom of the drawer which is a normal drawer bottom material ca 2mm-3mm. All the hinges are well placed and solid, opening both doors and table is smooth and satisfying. The hinges are not loose if you know what I mean. Cheers hope you enjoyed my review

Great table for its quality, price and how easy to assemble it - just screw the legs to the table. The table is also very neat. 100% satisfied and can recommend this to others as well.

Item arrived very later than promised date.
Due to my business, I could only assembled the furnitures by today.

1- Sofa color is totally different than what I purchased. I purchased gray color, the item arrived is in blue-ish color. What kind of business ethics is this?

2- One of the chairs is not sturdy. It misses one plug underneath the leg

3- Table is not sturdy. Correct assembly is not possible due to wrongly sent item.

1.512,91 € spent for nothing.

Not so long after I received the products, the company reduced the prices by almost 15%. Now you must provide me with full refund for the wrongly sent items.

Good Quality. Quick and easy delivery

I placed my order on 08.09 and unfortunately I've been having a terrible delivery experience so far.
On 12.09, I requested more information about the delivery of the order since no tracking had been sent yet, and I was informed that my order was going to be delayed. It's 29.09 and still no news about my order and they don't reply to my emails.
You need to provide a delivery estimate and follow through, that is the bare minimum when you are running a store.

The company‘s customer service is awful. I ordered a highboard that was available and apparently ready to ship within a few days, but I waited and waited. Only after I sent them two emails did they respond 3 weeks after I had placed my order. They claimed to have never received it due to a „rare technical error“. I sincerely doubt this, seeing as I received a confirmation email and the order itself is registered to my account on their website. Now the item I ordered isn’t available. Great service.

Excellent experience, impeccable customer service! This was my first time ordering at this shop and I have to report an all round satisfaction. My items arrived today in perfect order. I had also contacted the customer service only a few days ago for a question about my order, and an extremely helpful representative answered me clearly and politely, and promptly reorganised my delivery. I was surprised by the bad or even less than excellent reviews, which, fortunately I had not read before ordering!

I have never read any reviews from this shop before ordering. But I personally have a good experience with Reiss Ambiente, the customer service was fast and responsive when I have told them a problem with my couch table and got a replacement the soonest possible.
