Ridex- a good choice at a basic price.
If you get the right part from the vendour - it is usually ok. Basic VAG car repair needs can be resolved with Ridex and the price is very competitive. Recently I purchased a pair of aluminium suspention arms for VW Sharan 7N with ball joints and bushings fitted. The quality of the part was better that the original part fitted!!! Very pleasant. Brake disks - always Ridex. Filters also!

the black elastic broke
I bought two of those , i soon as i pull on black plastic edge to pass thought the hole , it broke in my hand and i was not even forcing on it yet . On the second one the elasticity was fine and i could pull enought to pass thought the hole . I had no time to wait for a return so i screw the broken one onto the suspension bar , which might be a problem for the MOT., I wouldn't mind to recieve an other one that works and delete this bad feedback

Where is my Advanced Auto Parts?
I moved from the US to the UK, and of course purchased a rusty old bucket for cheap so I could fix it up... But where are the Auto Zone's and Advanced Auto Parts around here? They do not exist, i mean halfords is not even close...
Anyhow, enough ranting... I found AutoDoc, and by extension RIDEX. I tried them for my suspension and break parts, as well as some filters, other things...
And i have to say, suspension and breaks are holding up nicely... Sofar i added about 32000km /2 .5 years on the car, and I couldn't fault any parts I put in so far! Breaks have still a in of profile, and discs do not warp so far, lets see how the ball joints hold up over time, but sofar so good.
They get a five star from me
